Can you help me make a wallpaper pls iam new here='c
Ok dude, your off to a good start, you've got the basic layout down, but you most definatly need a background for your wall, the best thing to do would be to make your own cause you can't use someone else's pic, what you can do is get a bg pic you like and vector it ( like some moutains or something ) or just make an abstract bg in photoshop\illustrator. One more thing easy on the outer glow, try changing the colour and filter on it, there are many things you can do to a glow just have a look at some of the options available.
Cleaner extraction needed. At some places, there are parts of the character's outline missing. Also, this picture will need a background. Either brush/make/filter your own background or use stock pic then vector or apply filters, whatever you choose.

Tone down the purple please!
snowflakes are good, but they are still very plain, maybe have varying sizes? there are awesome snowflake brushes on deviantart.com you will have to search for them.

Okay..your wall is plain and waaay simple..
Maybe you should vary the size of the snowflakes in the 2nd version and vary the opacity.
Add a background or draw it from a scratch may be a good idea too..

There's something you need to understand: using a gradient for a background isn't going to get you very far. you need to do something to the bg because it is so plain. the snowflakes look better than before. there are some serious extraction probelms. look at the edges and you'll see white stuff that shouldn't be there. i have a feeling you might have used the polygonal lasso tool for the extraction, now that's okay, just be more careful next time and make sure you remove anything that's not part of the scan. and lastly, i don't see your sig on this wall =/ if you expect to submit, you need to have a perfectly visible yet out of the way sig ;D okay, good luck.
Finally a 3rd try...
hehe...
