Clamp wallpaper needa HELP!
It doesnt look like you put alot of effort in this..the bg is a good start only thing i dont like is its just to plain. maybe add more stuff. i dont like the text. it really doesnt go with your wall. you should change the color and font. ( sorry if i was harsh on advice )

Well im a noob at wallpapers too but since im waiting for comments on my own ill make one for u. firstly i dont noe wat clamp is but isnt those 2 from carcaptor/chobits? also the bg is a bit empty i fink, bit plain maybe as well. one thing tht i do NOT like at all is the font. i cannot stress this enough wen looking at friends walls i abosolutely hate crap fonts . please take my suggestions as comments onli do not listen if you dont want

Use a softer font and color it reddish pink like their ribbons.
This is a sky right? Use more variation. The stars are good, but a completey tan sky is too plain.
Experiment with other colors; light blues, purples, etc., but nothing too bright.

I don't think I like all the faces in the sky.
Try a cursive looking font to match the 'elegance' of the characters.
Fade a bit darker towards the top, perhaps.

The faces don't fit at all. They are to bright & vectory to match the other scan.
Also, the background needs work. Right now it just looks like a simple gradient with tons of sparkles everywhere. You may want to really tone down the sparkles. I do like the new colors And why are there clouds along the bottom? They don't fit either as there is no reason for them. (or are they covering something up?)
antabakai, has some good ideas. I'd go for something mystical like that. And definitely change the font.

Nice work, but the fond again...
I think the color doesn't work with the hole wall. It a different color and can't be found in the scan or the back.
Because of that it's not harmonic. Try a red fond like the red in the scan.
Btw, you made your wall in .png but only .jpeg are accepted. You should change the format.
And don't forget your signature ^.^

Oops - looks like we posted at the same time. But I stand by my original advice. Cut down on the sparkles - they are overwhelming. Get rid of the cloudy fog stuff. I like the idea of using reds & bright pinks - colors from the scan.
Heyhey! Cute wallpaper. I like it. ^^ I think your background has improved tremendously. Surprisingly, I'm all right with the sparkles. ^^; I... like sparkly things. Heh.
But the font still bothers me. Maybe you can try places like www.fontgarden.com and download some nicer looking fonts? I also think it shouldn't be purple, like angel-voice said. You should try something like red or pink. Even then, make the font a bit "softer". Right now it stands out too much when it shouldn't be.

Hmm the purple smoke fog mist stuff you put at the bottom of the screen doesnt really fit and gives the picture a sort of dark feeling. And the way the colors fade from bright to pale and grayish as it gets closer to the moon also gives your wall a sense of....i dont know.....it just makes your wallpaper too dark.
I really think a darkblue background with cartoony rounded yellow stars and a crecent moon would really suit this wallpaper better but thats just my opinion
