You might need to rehost at Imageshack. Photobucket appears to have recently stopped accepting images larger than 800x600 and has started resizing them.
That aside I don't recall there being anything lacking or in need of attention aside from the signature which you've now added. That said, I tend to work through the approval queue making sure things pass on a technical level rather than an aesthetic level (leaving those that are technically fine for other moderators) so you may wish to await comments regarding the aesthetics before resubmitting.

Okay, i don't understand what do you mean by those glowing blue lights around the butterfly near Ichigo..
iono..may want that glowing thing to be removed..
And i like the 1st ver much better than the 2nd..because Ichigo's colored hair is annoying.
But overall,okay! Good! It's a nice job!

I put the blue around the butterfly because thats the way it is always drawn in the anime from what i remember... I guess i could tone the blue down a little bit but i just think the whole thing lacks color. Im getting mixed reviews about ichigo's hair though. dont know what to do..
If you're going to have one part of ichigo in color, then have him ALL in color. not just his hair. it looks odd.
ass for why i rejected it, i rejected it for basically being brushwork. When i look at walls, if i can tell exactly how it's ddone, then it needs more work.
Heres what i would suggest.
in the background, while it's light, it's pretty empty. Using some stock textures to add more contrast to the backgroung, and punch it up a bit is something that would improve this wall significantly.
and while i read why you have that blue glow on the butterfly, it just looks out of place. if there were other things in the wall that were blue for it to connect with, it would make sense. But as is, it just looks strange.
I'd concider adding more, and working more on the background, expanding it from mainly just brush work.

BUt How would be the best way to all some collor in to this dull wall? does anoyone have any ideas Sould i make thing in the backround blue or just dump the whole project?
What do you want to stand out the most, ichiago or the butterfly? by making that deciscion you can begin to shape your wall around that focal point.

No it doesnt really matter where he is placed on the page, sometimes it may look better if he is too the side. But you need to try doing a lot of brushwork behind him and and make a tiny bit of it overlap him. and do you know how to vector?

Try to take out the blue glow, vectorize him ( tuto: http://www.imanimetions.net/tutorial/tutorial.php?view=pentut its easy when you get the hang of it) color it, improve the BG by taking out those 2 lines at the sides, making less brushes, try to put just a few kinds (you have butterflys, blood, pages, borders, letters try to take out what is not needed, make it "simple" but objective and good, make your own BG brush mixing some and using smudge and gradient...gradient has the power lol). Keep the Black/white BG, I think its nice that way.
Well Im not very good at Photoshop anyway, but I liked your wall (I dont think it should be rejected, its kind nice) but as everyone said, you could be better by improving it.

No Im new I dont know anything about vectoring the link didn't really help explain anything though. I guess I'll just google it or something. Thanks for the input
