Hmm, can you blend the charater more with the bg? i like it but it's kinda empty for me. i would like to see the character inside the bg. (but its me) i don't know if its a good suggestion though. XD

The chara isn't blend with the bg at all. You have to change the bg a lot, or If I may say all of the bg.
Because it looks like photo ( it is, right? ), and it's really hard for an anime chara to blend nicely if you don't change the bg or just let it like that.

In my opinion, what is wrong with almost everyone's Walls. Lighting! People forget that this character is supposed to be IN the shot... the lighting in the backdrop rarely matches the lighting on the person. You have to imagine it is real and the lighting in the room would change the shading on the foreground. No one ever does that. I guess it is the videographer in me that notices these things.. but.. it seems so elementary to me!

I think the reasons why this wallpaper was rejected...
- extraction needs to be improved
- the scan looks too bright compare to the background
- background looks realistic compare to the scan
- the scan doesn't blend well with the background
- the outlines of the nose and some part of the scan are jagged
- Fontstyle Choice (doesn't look nice)
You should focus on blending the scan with the background. I would change the background.

It all depends on the screener who's checking your wall before admitting it into the gallery. Apparently I've seen some works that have much more terrible extraction than yours which made it into the gallery.
But yeah, it needs to suit the lighting from your stock a bit more, Tezuka stands out a bit.

For my the biggest problem is the character's extraction like they already said jrpjnoyako08 and obentou.
