I think the reason you have never got mush answers is that it's hard to think of something to say on it.... (at least for me ^_^")
Well, I think the character is too intensive and colorfull for this backgorund, backgound is really nice, but I don't think it actually fits the character.. btw I like the character, I never saw her before, but she's cute, duplicate image of her in the backgound is cool, but brings some confusion to me...
I think you should add some tones of red or blue in background, and a few lighter and darker spots, to make it more interesting
