Do you exercise?
Playing sports, going for a run/walk etc., do you guys do it?
I don't, I can't find the motivation to play sports, the only sports I like is dodgeball, and it's not that easy to find dodgeball games unless you're in a school gym. In the end, I find exercising too much of a hassle, needing to spend time outside, come home all sweaty and then hitting the showers. Whenever I think of going for a walk or a run or something, I'm always doing something, whether it be doing homework or watching anime, I can never bring myself to go for a walk.
So what about you guys? Do you do it? If you do, where do you find the motivation to do it? And if you don't, why don't you?

Nope. except Bowling..but i play once in every season...yeah...it's too long for a while. well you can just unplug all your pc's cables and throw them in a box and lock it with a key in it. then you can just go for a walk..
Yes.
I play Volleyball 2 - 3 times a week and also other sports (PE class, lol). Also from time to time I also go jogging and every once in a while I try and go to the gym every other day. I usually do mostly upper body strength like bench press, curls, and butterflies.

Hmm, I wanna start Kendo in march~
but I don't really have that much time to care about sports because I'm still going to school, so the first thing I have to worry about are my grades (but I don't usually care anyways XD) and the other thing is that school takes sooo much time in my country >_>
I'm lucky I havn't go to school on saturdays~
but anyway, sports do almost ever cost very much, and I don't wanna spend money on that really :/ besides, doing sports in winter is ugly >_<
but in summer, I often go inline skating or dunno, anything that's possible ^^
but well, sometimes you just don't have a motivation to do anything, I know that all too well ^^'

Kendo is awesome, I do it myself at home. And at the moment I am busy with parkour (freerunning)
Someone has to force me to exercise... I'm really slim, but nowhere physically fit... To a high level anyway.
Badminton is the only sport I'd play willingly. I used to play once a week for a few hours. Now the only exercise I get is with my fingers and this keyboard...

Reguralry practicing Muay Thai. Makes strong in body and in mind, and gives you a little confidence, when you're walking trough a dark street...
Also I tried Shotokan, but it doesn't fit me so as Muay Thai.
In summer some biking and swimming.

I run everyday in the morning when I wake up. I also lift weights...I gotta stay in shape to play football. xD

I try and go to the gym every other day. I usually do mostly upper body strength like bench press, curls, and butterflies but I also run to keep my cardio up and what not. I have a very tall slim build so I'm trying to add more mass to my body. So far it's going pretty well since I can see some pretty good results. Other than the gym thats pretty much all the exercise I do but sometimes I'm lazy and don't go for a whole week. I want to get into some sports like softball or sometime but I haven't played in a very long time since I was a kid so I'll see what are my options.

Yeah, i guess. i put myself into a regular strain to loosen up my stiff muscle joints and to atleast keep the heart beat on the go for any actions. sometimes, i go out and play rough sports and tackle matches seriously just to break a sweat.
though, a traditional jogging in the park with an ipod seems like enough to do the job.

Not nearly as much as i should. i'm in decent shape, and am healthy, but i don't exercise like i want to. i guess it's a motivation issue. well and it's hard to find a time or place for exercise here in the winter. i can't go run outside, because the air is too cold, and i have nowhere i can run inside (running is my fav exercise. i actually like to run). i know that if i'm not careful my hea;th will decline, it has slightly. my blood pressure is still good, but my resting pulse has raised a little. it used to average low 60's now it's probably in the high 60's to low 70's. that's still at an athlete's level, but not what i want. also i can't sprint as well as i used to, my top speed prob dropped a couple miles per hr, and i get winded a lot easier, s i know my cardiovascular health has declined. i can still jog however long i want without getting winded, but that's probably because i grew up at 7,000+ ft above sea level, and now i'm somewhere around 1,000. i'd probably be pathetic in my home town now.
so yeah i need more exercise, t keep my physical fitness where i think it should be.

Hm,, in my home town,, i usually swims with my friends,, but,, since i lived in dormitory,, i didn't do that anymore..
The only exercise I get is walking between my classes at school.
Not intentionally... well sorta.
I used to play football/soccer, and in a sprint at least was probably the fastest on the team. If I tried now I'd probably die though.
I get most of my exercise at work these days. I work in a hospital kitchen, cleaning. But the job also entails pushing trolleys of meals around the place, so I'd spend about 2 hours per shift pretty much going flat out while we send meals out and bring the empties back. Considering that you're moving at just below a jog whilst pulling two meal trollies weighing probably 50-70kg each it makes pretty good exercise.
That and when I'm at uni I walk between work and there (mostly because parking's cheap at work). Takes about 40mins if I'm pushing it and just over an hour if I'm strolling.
I'm not ultra fit, but probably not a deathly slob either.

I have a park right behind my house where I am free to do any activity I want ^_^
I usually play badminton, tennis and bowling. As for martial arts I practice kendo and basic kempo.
I, however, hate running and would very much prefer to do a few hundred repetitions of push-ups than to run for 10min. Asthma kills.
I do prefer to camp at home and watch anime instead, though :D
