Do you exercise?
Exercise? Haha i don't think i've had one of those serious exercises for a long time. The last time i played any sport was a couple of months ago, and that was just a small basketball match between my friends.
If you consider window shopping as an exercise, well then i've been doing a lot of that. xDD

Yes I exercise because it's good for our body to become more healthy

Yes..every saturday night..i also got training taekwondo..and if got some free time..weekdays also go to play basketball and badminton..of course..exercise..is good for our body...

Sport sucks.
The only time I play is in gym. Well, more like I get forced to play. -_-
I'm too lazy to get up. LOL. Laziness gets in the way of things. I do think that exercising is a waste of time. Me, I have plenty of homework to get done and other stuff like watching tv so my schedule is filled. :)

Well this past few months ive been eating fatty, so yes! i do need to exercise...i rather be lazy and stay home but i do wqanna stay on shape...ya know for da ladiez out there...^_^
but on my free time i do play soccer, my passion, life and devotion...lol

Well... to put it simply, I am a George Foreman type, fat with muscles in between.
So you take a guess, what sorts of exercise do I do to get a internal six packs.
Well... not really that much, but near.
I still got a little flab at the sides, but I am getting there.
My typical training in cardio is usually
10 KM run at constant speeds 8.5km/h 9.0km/h 9.5km/h max
45 Mins cycle at consistency gradient of 6.0
Power bench press 12 reps for 7 sets.
power pull down 10 reps for 5 sets.
Low row and upper row for 10 reps for 5 sets
That is about it. I do alternate muscles on 3 days intervals, making sure my muscles have plenty of rest. I do get lots of joint pain, due to my condition as I lack muscle flexibility for my joints. (making damn sure I am not a yoga person)

Exercise, hmm? Let me think about that one... Yes I do, if you can count walking my dogs up and down the street once a day exercise. I've officially got all of my high school credits for physical education (the dreaded P.E.!!), so I'm done with [real] exercise at school, besides walking all around campus in a span of five minutes at top speed to get to my next class (why do we have such a huge campus?! T^T). Although I've been on homebound instruction for the past semester with ulcerative colitis (it's not fun...), so I haven't really been able to do much in that last catagory...
Yes always! I like to practice sports I don't knoe why but I find it fun

I might look healthy on the outside because I'm thin, but I'm actually rotting on the inside from all the junk food and candy I eat all day. The only exercise I get now is just walking to the refrigerator, but I'm hoping to change that - it's one of my resolutions.
Lol neh i dont excercise :P i probably should tho. spend all day just sititng in class or sititng in front of a pc.
I used to go to the gym, but stopped 'cause school got in the way. but i do exercise every now and then, nothing serious tho. 30 crunches up here and there, 25 push ups stuff like that.
I don't really exercise much outside of school, I'm just too lazy like many people to commit to it. There have been cases where I did simple workouts during the summer, but I stopped doing them after three or four times of the routines.
I have 2 hours of tae kwon do a week, which is actual excercise but other than that its just walking around.
I don't exercise very much during the cold season since I prefer to get my exercise through outdoor sports. In the winter, I switch over to snow shovelling mode. LOL, I know it sounds silly, but if you aren't in a rush, and you can take your time shovelling, its quite an invigorating exercise, and I try to make it into a cardio workout so that way I can burn more calories.
Despite all that, though, I am still very chunky, I think playing baseball and tennis when summer comes, I go at least 3 times a week for an hour or more, it works well.

I exercise myself much, for example, I walk great distances instead of taking the bus two or three kilometers, I do it when I have extra time. I like to play soccer and basketball, so all good opportunity I take advantage of it. I consider yet that I do not make sufficient exercise, I have belly...
