Do you exercise?
Im a member of a gym so yeah i exercise lol i skip Wednesdays and weekends to take a little break from the work out. I also play racket ball and tennis from time to time just for the fun of it other than that i don't play sports.

i think i was a bit over weight when i was about 15 like i had a bit of puppy fat i was about 72 kg (158.4 lbs). if i recall i started going to the gym at 16 and i rlly enjoyed it this prompted me to take up karate.
when i turned 18 i took up muay thai, with lots of cardio and light weights training with lots of reps i was 61kg (134.2 lbs) mentally i wasn't going so well and my diet didn't help, most days i would have 2 solid meals with 2-3 protein shakes with a side of vitamin tablets also i stopped eating confectionery aswell as soft drinks and alcohol. training 6 days a week 2 times a day
and now i am 20 at 77 kg (169.4 lbs) 176cm (5'7) and i think i am the heath est i have ever being. now i am eating real food and lots of it !, it is diffrent being abit larger and having some body fat and bulk muscle. i do heaps of legs weights and back stuff also with a good mix or core work and cardio (swimming is rlly good for you !) and its going alright. sometimes i mix it up with going to the beach, mountain hiking/climbing or just playing soccer with some mates. i am training 5 days a week
also i am taking up mixed martial arts while learning some Brazilian jujitsu
my goal is to have a pro fight!
HOME WORK OUT !
while watching anime > intro 10-20 e.g push ups , half time 10-20, ending theme 10-20. note i highly recommend ab exercises or something like body weight squats,focusing on tech and taking it slow and ezy is the key.( dont forget breathing failing to do so may cause death >.< )
with manga i like doing 10 reps if each chapter is under 20 pages and 20 reps if their is over 40 pager per chapter ( note i read manga online )
also i hate losing in games !

e,g 1 death or lose = one set or repetition of an exercise, in saying this it all depends of the frequency of loses or deaths.
e,g playing css gungame DM score 46-23 = 26 push ups also if you get knifed extra 10
e.g tekken or mugen each lose 10 push ups if you get perfected extra 10
yea sometimes doing push ups all the time isn't fun using a combination is helpful e.g doing wide arm push up , works different muscles from doing diamond push ups . their is heaps of different push ups that you can do and when your can t do any more do push ups on your knees and if you can t do that just lean your body against a wall and push of it.
only do what you know you can archive

Hmm.. judging by the majority of the posts here, most of the AP'ers are out of shape. You don't realize how important it is to exercise, what a waste, especially if you think it's a waste of time. You will pay for it dearly one day when you're in your deathbed wondering why the hell your life is sooo short.
I for one jog everyday, because I value my health. Our bodies evolved to be put into stressful situations such as exercise, and if you neglect this, your body will eventually waste away, and ultimately cease to function properly. My advice to guys who don't work out: Do it NOW, don't procrastinate, it's for your own good.

Last year i run 5 kilometers everyday.
But winter comes, i do nothing, just ride bike to lab.

I usually do exercise, but since I'm so caught up in school that I don't really have enough time to work out anymore. I work out a lot on almost all the vacations or holidays we get from school to make up for all the days i didn't work out.
Since I can't exercise like i used to, I watch what i eat more know and try to keep some control. Of course i eat some junk food now and then but it doesn't hurt once in a while. I drink a lot of green tea and chai. Those two are really good for your health and it tastes good too. I recommend all of y'all fit or not fit drink green tea and chai.

Once in a long while i do Pilates. I like sports, but i'm not very good at them. I have so much shame that i wouldn't dare play in front of other people. I find motivation a hard thing to find.
I wonder why 'Motivation' seems to be a big problem with a lot of people. Maybe it's because of all the luxuries we indulge in (e.g. t.v., gaming stations, and most of technology). Exercise is hard work that our bodies reject due to all these luxuries.

It's not our bodies that reject exercise, it's our minds. Really, if you don't have time for exercise, then your time management skills need improvement. Exercise should rank as one of the highest tasks in your daily 'to do' list. Everyone has the time, it's only a matter of priorities.
I love playing basketball and wrestling. Basketball I've been playing forever and wrestling is a very intense and competitive sport. I enjoy working out too because I'd rather have nice muscles than tofu belly =P
Um, im an extremely lazy person.. I have a remote for my cd player 0_o But I somewhat exercise.. I walk 15-25 minutes a day from school. But I take the bus to school:P But there other intimate activites that I like to take part in with my lova that can also be categorized as exercise...^_^other than that I dont think I do much to make me sweat and keep a healthy weight. that doesnt mean Im fat.. Im 113-115 lbs it switches back and forward every now and then. In fact I lost alot more weight than when I used to work out
its not like I want to... there's really nothing for me to lose in terms of fat:S Im pretty out of shape though
All through the christmas break I was a hikimori and didnt really leave my property... and I was in bed sick for those 2 weeks as well... and now every time I walk home I have to take a break cuz Im too tired!! D: so out of shape!!

I do Track. I was told I was a great runner by my friends and family. So, I decided to do it. There are two reasons I joined Track:
1.) To get into College on a Track Scholarship. Tuitions cost so much, I want to get in free.
2.) To beat my mom's mile (1600 meters) time. Her record is 5 minutes 12 seconds. Mine is 5 minutes 50 seconds. I'm doing my best!

Exercise...
I exercise so much I'm the verging of pass out every day.
This consists of a 8 lap mile clocked around 5:30.
Either 45 min of benching or arms.
35 min abdominal workout. (fun headaches =) )

For exercise, I play a LOT of DDR. XD It's great for workouts, especially since I play on heavy mode (and sometimes on challenge/expert mode). You really have to move your feet quickly, so it's even harder than running for a long period of time.
I take breaks in between rounds of four songs, but I usually play for about two hours whenever I get a chance to go to the arcade. At home, though, I just play whenever I feel like it... about an hour per day if I can. I have a metal dance pad at home too that I got from Ebay, so it's like playing at the arcade!

Nah, not really..I'm tired..and lazy, i used to exercize, but it sort of didn't work for me..i should be leading some sport life however, i've brocken my leg lately, and i shouldn't be putting any preasure on it yet..but i dunno would i have been exercizing if not that..i really wouldn't know..

my class in the 8th floor...even though I have lift, well...waiting will make me late so we don't have any choice than walking or running the stairs. this happen every time long break or P.E class, so i count it as extra exercise, hehehe

Not anymore, I used to swim, but since I got pregnant no more, I need to it is very necesary, don't want to have my old shape, but at least have a good healthy body
