Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

I've never experienced snow, sadly. I'd love to go snowboarding or skiing.

I got to the gym five times a day and do bodyweight exercises every day. I also dance for fun every day, which works me up a lot (I get hyper when I dance).

I eat like a horse though, so don't think I'm trying to get skinny. (^_~)

I do exercising in the morning:

(01) Studies have shown that people who exercise in the morning are more likely to stick with it a year later.
(02) Morning exercisers sleep better.
(03) Morning exercisers eat better. If you exercise and eat a good breakfast, it's more than likely that you would make healthy eating choices throughout the day.
(04) Morning exercisers have more energy to get thru the day.
(05) Morning exercisers are in a better mood because they feel like they already accomplish something the first thing in the morning.
(06) Temperatures are usually cooler in the morning.
(07) Less interruptions in the morning.

I play handball where you hit a blue ball to the wall and someone hits it back and everyone switches turns to hit it. It involves a bunch of running around to hit the ball and stuff and I find it fun. Besides that I need credits for my school [I play in the handball team], it's just fun playing it. Plus, I made my friends join too and it was pretty cool ^-^

Longbow
Playing sports, going for a run/walk etc., do you guys do it?
I don't, I can't find the motivation to play sports, the only sports I like is dodgeball, and it's not that easy to find dodgeball games unless you're in a school gym. In the end, I find exercising too much of a hassle, needing to spend time outside, come home all sweaty and then hitting the showers. Whenever I think of going for a walk or a run or something, I'm always doing something, whether it be doing homework or watching anime, I can never bring myself to go for a walk.

So what about you guys? Do you do it? If you do, where do you find the motivation to do it? And if you don't, why don't you?

If I use to go to the gym and do spin or something I would probable get bored but I do stuff that I like that also keeps me in shape. I love inline skating, got to keep the glutes in shape. I love to hike, in January I climbed the highest peak in the country; it felt so good. I also swim, run and dance. I think that you need to get motivated or else it might never happen. Maybe if you got a friend to join you and you guys did something together. My motivation is that I will never weigh more than 130lb and I will NEVER wear anything over a size 3! Just got to find yours. But it's not only about looking good it's about staying healthy cause as my father says, even skinny people can have heart attacks too.

I started a new training menu after watching Hajime No Ippo it has been four months and I have lost 15 pounds, added 45 lbs to my bench press and can run twice as long as when I first began. What can I say? It was a very motivating anime...

I used to have a lot of energy and being out a lot, but lately I am at home all day right in front of my pc :P I need to get a high grade in physical education this year (which is my last in upper secondary school) so I run 3 times per week and my motivation for it... well, firstly I will get the highest grade, then, I can go down on kilos, build a healthy and good body, increase my stamina and a lot more... I know that I have to do this for many reasons and for every time I exercise I know that I become better and better. I guess it's just a decision you have to take and change some things in your life, besides, it's better for your health than sitting indoors the whole day.
