It is such an in depth game.
There are such a variety of perks and weapons, and so many people who also play...
Though i do wish they added a mute option to the game =/

I've just finished the game in Soldier difficulty.
Spectacular!!
What a game, what a story, what a graphics.
The campaign is not very long, but it's really funny.

The game is amazing online, really fun and fast paced. because of this game i suck at halo now X0

Can anyone beat the very last level on Veteran? The Epilogue? I've searched some vids on YouTube of people playing that one and I just can't do what they pull off to get thru that last one...
The campaign was a bit short, but this was a great game. I play it on the computer and online is as good as the previous versions. I must say, I was skeptical about a third Call of Duty, but they pulled off another great game. As for veteran on single player, I've been getting into multiplayer, so I haven't gotten around to replaying the single player campaign.
COD4 is definitely one of the best games of '07 maybe of all time.
There are things that could make it better. Co-op story mode, both local and online, would've made this game perfect. There was really no reason for them not to put it in.
The single player was short, but sweet. 'All ghillied up' is one of the best missions I've ever played in an FPS.
I beat the game on Veteran. The last mission is probably the hardest thing I've ever done in a game. Took me a couple hours.

Call of duty 4 is super addictive
I have not experienced much of the single player champain...its kinda a shame they couldnt allow co-op play with friends online to go through the missions. I much more of an online gamer, playing games with friends is what makes it so much fun. We had a tone of fun playing the Halo3 champains together online, even though i didnt like the game nearly as much as call of duty 4.

This game has more fairness than that of Halo 3. Anyone can be good in it.
That's the main reason why I bought this game.
No one really has an advantage over each other;
a Rank 1 can beat a Rank 55.
Plus, I think this game had a great storyline.
A modern Cold War was a great idea for a game!

Bleh, that's because Halo requires you to play without thinking. And if you play COD4, you start thinking too much which doesn't play well in Halo.
I'm about halfway through the campaign and it's pretty neat. The multiplayer is also pretty decent, but the whole rank system where you earn your weapons is a bit unbalanced. It does encourage you to use a variety of weapons, though.

Prob the best fps out there now. im also hooked on the online. im just recently getting better but man it never get boring.
Im not a fan of the Call of Duty series, esp the single player mode where enemies just come in nonstop waves and the computer that keeps barking orders gets on my nervers. I kinda like games where i can go wherever i want (kinda like Crysis). I havent had much of a chance to play the multiplayer mode yet.
If you can slide and peek around walls in this game like GRAW, i would have loved it.

My roommate is cool enough to let me use his 360, so we take turns playing on xbox live. I haven't had the chance to play through campaign myself, but i did watch him play the final Act of it. If you want to take a break from Halo 3 then CoD 4 is by far the best choice. Weapons are awesome (we're both partial the Barret Sniper Rifle) and i think the perks and UAV/Air Support/Helicopter are much better than Halo 3's equipment. Campaign also has the best story of any shooter based in modern day.

CoD4 - Probably one of the best FPSes of all time. Playing this on X-Box Live is sick and it's just an incredibly addicting game. Even if you've never played FPSes, you need this game. Of the 10 million X-Box Live users, 3.3 have played CoD 4 online. That's justice done to an amazing game.
