Cheese
Mikeymmhh.. sushi and cheese.. lol i must say, i love cheese myself. i always want extra cheese when it comes to food that have it included!
Haha, yeah that was basically what my childhood was like. One day we would have udon and teriyaki and the next it'd just be some ordered pizza.
It is a good topic, talk about what people like, I like cheese too, my baby loves cheese, but not not all kind of cheese, only those with strong flavor.

I love cheese, but not the type of cheese the starter of this thread is thinking. those manufactured psuedo cheese that taste like melted plastic in the fast food industry just isn't that appealing. try aged gouda or a softer cheese like camembert. seriously more varieties out there so try and not stick with commercial cheeses like cheddar. but i have to agree that a greassy pizza with lots of cheese just isn't a pizza with all that junk on there.
Yup..i love cheese so much..but before tat..i smell cheese and its smells so bad..but nice to eat..especially eat pizza and mushroom soup..delicious!! >.<

Hmm... when I was little, I eat alot of it but now...
I ono why but the smell and taste of cheese makes me want to vomit almost. It's weird but yeah. Most people find that weird how I react like that. That's why I avoid eating pizza.

I absolutely love cheese - all sorts of it! My favorite has to be philidelphia!! I love roule, chedder, edam... the only cheeses I don't like are brie or stilton - yuck!! Although I have to admit I have never tried them, I just cant bare the thought of eating them though as they smell and look too funny lol!!
you buy Cathedral City or Pilgrim's choice, which are both very nice cheeses, you pay for the name.
Find yourself a good cheese monger where the assistant can suggest a number of cheeses that provides a balance of mild and strong, hard and soft with differing flavours, types of milk shapes and characters.
A really good Scottish cheese is"Orkney Extra Mature Cheddar". It is a hard cheese from a traditional creamery and is of cow's milk. It is strong-bodied and biteable.
It is matured for 12 months at least and has a fat content of 50 per cent.
