Well for one a different background would be good, and the font is kinda weird esp with its color.. hope i didn't sound too harsh^^;

Ähm what resolution did you use?
Try 1600x1200 px and then just scale dowm for smaller images when the wall is ready.
The scans need to be extracted and cleaned and i think fanart images are not allowed, I'm not sure.
The font is hard to read and the color does not match the bg, the bg itself is very messy and confusing. And I would say there are to much scans, just use one main scan, in this case I would recommend the group scan, because your title says "The Leaf village finest"
And what stock photo did you use?
is it a picture of the earth?
Your wll needs a lot of improvent, if you are new to Photoshop just visit some tutorials.
The Resource Pool Group they have a list of links to good tutorials. Tutorials helps you to improve your skills and thinking off new ideas for a wall.

Fanart images are allowed, but they have to be done very well. You have alot of extraction problems and the wall isn't composed like a wall should be. Take some time to browse through the gallery and look at artworks. It's the best way to get started. If you're just getting started with photoshop don't worry, it takes some time to get used to everything.
