My idea is to make Saber stand out by using a dominant grey/white/black colour as the background. The butterflies represent feminism, the dissolving particles around her represents her dissappearance and her death. I dont' know if it's good enough for submission.

First of all the resolution of the wall is small.(Read the faq )

And you need to work on the grass, and there are a couple of blue spots on the cloud I guess it would be better if erase them.
And about the sparkles around her some are glowing and some don't so make them the same, either all of it glows or none of it does.

Oh, one more thing go to http://www.dafont.com/ and try to find a better font I'm sure you'll find one!

Hi there! just wanted you to know this is a really pretty wall.

i was about going to tell you to about the fonts, sparkles and all that but then i saw ~broken-wings already beat me to it ><

but there still somethings i was going to say that she didn't mention =)
the dust in front of Saber, you should blur it and see if it looks better that way.
if it doesn't, just change it back ;)

well i couldn't find anything else that wrong with the wall.

Hhhmm...there are a lot of things need to work here...

first;
The scan...try cleaning it like vectoring cause I find it a little blurry and I think it's too hard to clean that by just using filters.

second:
the grass..Kinda low quality to me...try working for it's depth..

third:
The sky...well..I can see that your concept is in night type scenic..well..I think you need to work more on it's darkness...good luck!

here's the edited version, i got rid of the dissolve particles around her, changed the grass, erased the blue spots in the background, and also added couple extra things.

Though i realize the render is not as clear as i would like...but i have no idea how to vector >.< so this is the best i can do
