Pretty, but your bg is too realistic. you need something more animated like.
also the resolution is too small. it needs to at least be 1024x768

All the above, and plus the extraction is bad too, and she's too small I have to say. You need to make your own background and not just add some photo. The scan needs to be cleaned too.. =/
Ya usually anime doesnt fit too well with real life pics, maybe try another background or something.
