Uh... i'm confused.
I've played RO for a number of years, and I really don't get the wallpaper. I'll go ahead and agree that the background needs... something... there's not really anything that shouts out "Ragnarok Online", to me, it looks more like some wallpaper for Stick Death :P I guess my biggest criticism is to make it more RO if you're still leaning to relate to it.

I'm not trying to make RO related. It's just that the image is from the official ingame card.

Well, if you're trying to give it a cozy feel, just putting some bright colors in the background
and the background, i guess you could just try adding somemore textures to it^^

Awww... Cute concept. I don't know what it looked like before without the gradient but it looks good to me now.
