The extraction of Mokona is terrible.
Toward the let you can see some white chunks of his previous background.
You tried to blur him to hide it, and it just looks worse.
The pink brush at the left doesn't fit, remove it.
The grass all looks the same and is going in the same direction. There's no color variation either.

I agree with many of the points that Sumiru said. This is a great idea you started out with, and if Mokona was extracted right, it has potential to be a wonderful wallpaper.
However, the original outline of the image is still very evident, and doesn't match at all with the colorful surroundings of the the background. I'm not such an expert at extracting myself, but I'd recommend actually vectoring it along with some airbrush. The lines need the most reworking, though, and maybe you could try giving Mokona a painted feel (try some filters like paint daubs) to match with that red thing he's sitting on.

i agree with them. vector the image, it really looks bad..
i cant tell you much about brushes nd stuff because i myself dont know much of it, im learning to use photoshop! also i agree with the grass, maybe you shoul try to make more and as sumiru said, it looks like it has not movemen at all. i think its too bright, but thats only me. the flower on top of mokona looks to big, maybe you tried to do it like that so it seems that he is under it and resting, but i don like that, also because that type of flowers dont give that much shadow. other than that is really good! good luck!*:)
