Original fanart Allen Walker wallpaper

This is my first wallpaper that I made in awhile, so my skills are mighty rusty. But this is a fanart of Allen Walker from D. Gray-Man that I drew myself on Corel Painter Essentials with no image references. Do you know any way to make this paper better?

...anybody gonna reply? Anyone at all? Because I really don't want to get another 100 papers taken off.
The wallpaper needs more to it.
If you look at other wallpapers you will notice that most of them (if not all) have a character with a background behind the character. This wallpaper is just like taking a scan, modifying the dimensions to wallpaper, and then posting it.
What I can suggest is that if you drew the character from shoulders up, show the shoulders. You need to crop down the image so he maybe only takes up 50-75% of the wallpaper and not 100%. Wallpapers are artwork and need to have a design or concept. All I see in your wallpaper is just a crying face. It needs to have a background.
That is all I can suggest for now. Wallpapers that are basically only an image of a character's head is a no-no.

I would critique this for you, but as you admit to this being your own fan art, then really, i have only one thing to tell you:
AP does not accept fan art into its wallpaper galleries, unless it is by a highly skilled and widely recognized artist (in which case the wall would be submitted to the category under the artist's name, rather than the series). please read the FAQ if you want some more information about that.
but in any case, this is only really fitting for the artist's alley and will be rejected from the galleries. sorry about that, but that's how the rules are set out.

I understand perfectly that this is NOT supposed to be in the D. Gray-Man category.
And thank you for the tips on the char. The original drawing is basically just the face, and it's enormous, so I just put it on like that. I will attempt to redraw his neck and torso, so thank you for the advice.
