failed the class because of the teacher/instructor?

I failed an english class once, but in my opinion she was sexist about it because there was 26 students in that class and if we didn't pass three essays out 5 (with a C or above)then we failed automatically in english and so she gives me three C- on the first three essays which in that case, she fails me in english. and so I found out that all of the guys that were taking her fails also an the only one that passes are the girls. in that class alone only 6 girls passes whic were the only girls in class and the rest gets an C- for the grades. in other words, we all failed english. out of all the classes she teaches at the university a lot of press charges on her for giving us the failing grade for being sexist and it was unjust grade. there was like 28 of that were pressing charges and yet WE LOST, because she was teaching for 27 years and the admin of the school knew about even the president of the schoole knew and yet they can't because they can't afford to lost instructors. So, those were my reason why I failed english which seem hard to fail because I was taking tutoring for english twice a week and yet I failed, and so I think I failed because of the teacher. So, what are your stories.

Well in my case I didnt essentially fail. It was with my old math teacher back in like yr9? Math in my school was separated into 3 different classes; top set, middle set and bottom set. Each depending on skill level.
Math not being my strongest subject I was in middle set. Long story short, the teacher missed out a whole section in the book and my whole class had no idea what to do when that section came out in the exams! Luckily for us, it was only a mid-term exam so it didnt really matter but still, my class was beaten by lower set people in that section! = . =""" But my math improved after that and moved up to the higher set XD

Well, its pretty ''farfetched" to say that it could be coincidence that all males were just irresponsible like all the female students, jeez that professor must be sexist alrite. I mean 27 students ALL fail (if at least 3-5 dudes passed, i guess it could be coincidence but if as you said, every single male student failed...that professor's gotta be sued).

Well, i failed Maths in 1st yr (together with loads of my classmates) cuz of this old HAG for a teacher we had. Sux, i dont particularly hate her but her personality is annoying already and its like her thing to rub it that we failed.
*sigh* thank god im done with that.
Hmmmmm, a teacher put me failed in spanish. Now here's the dumb bit, I speak spanish, how the hell do I fail spanish? Well, brought it to the principal and explained the situation. Reason the teacher failed me, he didn't like me cause the other students in class always asked me to help them when they didn't understand something, they asked me and not the teacher, turns out he didn't like that -_-
Anyways, principal found out the reason, teacher got kicked out (school policy, I didn't request it) and they corrected me in the report as "passed".

My math teacher didn't know how to teach the subject, I swear. It was only her second semester teaching it, and while she did a better job than the first semester (say the people that failed the first time around), she still didn't have much of a clue of what she was doing.
I heard from a friend that one Monday during the first semester she actually came to class and said that she hadn't bothered to learn the material in order to teach them. DX So there was nothing for them to do for the entire class.

I really think teacher is important in the learning of elementary and secondary school student, especially elementary...
Althouth I haven't failed a course because of instructor, yet I am quite sure they influence my learning attitude a lot, and naturely my attitude affect my marks critically... I myself had those experience before...and I am still in the nightmare of this teacher...
But since I now a college student, the effect of instrutor reduce to tiny, self-learning is the most important.
My failure in course is totally my fault — —|||||

I failed my 'Electrical Machine' class because my instructor gave me no chance to drop out.
Usually, (I don't know about other countries) but in my case, the instructors should allow their students to know how much scores they've got before the Final exams, so that they can decide whether to try on or to drop out.
But this class instructor don't tell us at all. And can you believe me!? I checked after I know I failed... and How the heck could I passed!? My score before the Final exam is super low. Even I get perfect score from the final exams, I still failed!
How the hell this guy be instructor!
PS. But I know that I shouldn't let myself get that low.

Well, I'm actually waiting for my results to see how well I did in the tests at the moment. To be absolutely honest I can't say any particular subject that I'm worried about. However, I do know what its like to nearly fail a class because of a distractingly hot teacher, heh.
My old Spanish teacher was so hot, I wouldn't be able to concentrate on my work. She was quite small and had quite large breasts. She'd always lean over the table to help out the students in her class, I couldn't help but look. She moved to teach in Scotland after a short amount of time though and I got stuck with a different teacher. Who would have been very attractive also, though I found her to be very annoying. She would always have this dull look of confusion on her face also.
I also had another distracting teacher for media. She was a short term teacher however because my original teacher was pregnant and took time off. She was Canadian and oh so hot.
Luckily for me I was able to recover after they had left and got right back to work. But if they hadn't...

I don't think that any excuse is permissible in my world concerning teachers and their relation to you or anybody else failing their class. No excuse or reason is adequate.
Now, I have never failed a class, and for the kind of teachers that I've had that is something to be proud of. I live in the southern region of the U.S., so most of what I know is self-taught.
This is quite apparent in my sophomore year of high school, in my World History class. It was technically considered an Honors class, but the teacher did absolutely nothing, save giving us books and tests. He did not teach, but rather complain about how all of his other classes did not respect him. He did this all year (and it's getting me pissed just thinking about it), and about half the class failed. Only a choice few and myself passed, myself being the highest.
Students must learn that complaining about their teachers to others will not solve their problems. Suck it up and teach yourself the material, get the highest score, and then have the teacher removed from the school.
Please don't take anything personal in this post. Everyone in my class cried about this stuff, so I'm kind of ticked about it.

This isn't failing but to my parents it is. I got a you in conduct because i fell asleep in class for about ten seconds and another time the teacher thought i was asleep because I was looking down at my paper reading and it made my eyes look like they were closed plus i was resting my head on my hand which made it worse
Didn't quite really fail any class, barley passed a class in freshman year called Web Design with a C.
Reason? me and two other dudes got bored and lazy and didn't want to do our work so we hacked the school and it's server got the password of every student/admin, found people in our class, took their files, changed minor codes (we only wrote html scripts in notepad, go figure why we hated it) and resubmitted it as our own work.
Needless to say the teacher soon caught on as there were some specific mistakes. He changed some data to a few students in the class that he suspected we were copy/pasta-ing the code from , and one of us took the bait. Got a third degree academic dishonesty, if i get caught cheating in any other class, I automatically fail it and am forced to drop it.
Teacher was nice and let me and the other guy keep the class. Third guy already had a third degree so he was forced to drop it, and hes currently taking summer school. Rofl, teacher kinda sympathized with us xD. Geekissues.
Because of us, the school forces everybody to change their login password every 2 weeks. Hamza (guy that got kicked out) has access to the school's password database regardless of what they do, reason? I don't know, he wont tell me, but i think he made his own account that the school didn't register.
rofl, the school wouldn't let him go near computers, because they feared he might pull something even more daring XD.
Didn't really fail the class because of the instructor, but our own negligence, should have edited the codes better, but whatever.

Only class I failed was my Geometry class. Don't get me wrong, it's not like it was hard or anything. For most of the year I had the same math teacher from the year before. Knowing how he is, I didn't bother getting any of my books at the beginning of the year. I never use them anyway. Besides, this teacher only hands out very easy worksheets for homework, and I can at least get a B on all the quizzes and tests. So I had an A For the most part of the year. But towards the end of the year, most of his classes had gotten a little over crowded. Seeing as the school didn't want to pay him extra money for the extra students (they'd rather spend it on an annoying bird call system that doesn't work and on new axles and monster truck wheels for the security carts... yeah...), they decided to take some of his students and put them in other classes. Lucky me, I was put in another class with a teacher that gives us a book assignment, sits behind his desk, and teaches us nothing. Then he assigns us homework from the book. Being me, I wasn't about to get my books now. For a couple reasons. One, the librarian is a very "unpleasant woman", and I didn't wanna have to deal with her nagging at me as to why I didn't already have books. Two, I always get late fees. Even if I turn the books in on time, I always have deal with that "unpleasant woman" when I shouldn't have to. And three, If I were to just go ask for one book, the librarian would make me take all the books for each class. I sure wasn't gonna like having to lug all those books home, then back again just to get more late fees. So in the end, I failed, took summer school and passed. I know it was my fault for not checking out my books, but still. At least tell me I'm being moved. Don't just have me show up to class just so the teacher can suddenly tell me I'm not in it anymore...

The one class that I failed miserably was maths because the teacher's teaching method was really bad and I didn't even understand the formula! Plus he's qualification is Information Technology and he didn't even enjoy teaching maths either. It was the worst year ever and it was the teacher fault!
I never failed a class because of a teacher, but I almost didn't graduate with my senior class in high school because of my counselor. He was supposed to meet with all of the seniors under him to make sure they had the credits they needed to graduate. He didn't do that. I was missing half a science credit, and only found out I was missing it three days before graduation. I wasn't the only senior who he did this to either. The school sacked him after that year.
Never failed a class, but they put me once in a lower level, stupid idiots. Now I need to do damn much to get higher and higher. I hate teachers.
