Is there a level after Bankai?
There might be a level...later in The Manga Possibly.
Well... maybe ichigo will use shinigami zanpakutou and hollow zanpakutou, then ichigo will use his Zangetsu while release his Hollow True Form, Bravo Two Handed Swordman!!
I'm sure that there isn't any level beyond Ban-Kai. As a lot of Users already said - Ban-Kai is the final fusion of Owner and his Zanpa. Ichigo just get more powers by fusing with his hollow inside and hollows only get more power by getting a Shinigami fusion. Maybe Aizen get something special in fact he ownes that Hyo-thingie ... but there is definitly no level beyond Ban-Kai.

I have a feeling that yes, there is a level past Bankai. I'm not quite sure what it may be or how one would achieve it, but that's not to say there isn't one. Who knows, maybe in a way that's what Aizen is moving toward? A level above everyone else, to tap into a power the other Shinigami might not have realized is there. Even if that's not the case at all, it's certainly an interesting concept.
ianccyouOh yeah, just a opinion my gut feeling tells me later on ichogo will develop a new move where zangetsu allows him the ability to split by means where exist both ichigo and the hollow him to fight side by side with the black and white tensa zangetsu... would not that be cool?
Mmm, this is an interesting idea. Its quite possible.
Myself, I think the key to the next power to save them from the big bad enemy will be the 4 of them fighting together as one. The mysteriousness of Inoue's & Chad's powers will probably be a clue, if not the answer itself.

I think its more than likely there is something beyond it and that it will show up later, its to do with the fact that they are relying on their bankai for every single battle that they face .
Where as lets look at the fist 50 eps where everything was built to the bankai release now its sort of comon place ,in regards to that there is something further and well see it throughout the course of the series.

I think that the Vaizard form is somekind of Level after Bankai fo he Shinigamis and the Arrancarr the higher level for the Hollows.
Im sure There more ways just like ForteAnly says Aizen has make it too somehow maybe something like a higherlevel of Bankai like with the sword in his normal for and when they released it and i think that has it too

Something just occurred to me ,bankai is the highest level a shinigami can go and from what weve seen the highest level the arrancar can go is release the zanpaktou,
in theory then becuase Ichigo's Vizard powers are hollow based and hes controlling it for longer and it seems that for the most part his in bankai for when its most effective there would be a next level for him and possibly the other Vizard in that regard cuase there not completely shinigami and neither are they arrancar

I'm hoping that there is another transformation. Maybe Ichigo will be able to control his pure hollow form, the one he took while training to tap into his Hollow powers. There has to be something that Shinji isn't telling him.

I think it is the final level but I also think we have not seen how powerful all the bakai's become like all the levels of Byakuya bankai and also I really think that if kenpachi ever gets bankai his powers will be ridiculously amazing. So don't underestimate how strong bankai can be.

The only way I see them having another form of bankai is from the Vizard/Arrancar perspective. The Vizards could release their bankai and at the same time release their full hollow powers at once. Instead of just doning a mask we might get more hollow pieces added to them mixed with whatever their bankai is. A higher level of power not just releasing your bankai and putting your mask on. Same for a Arrancar. Arrancar could release their hollows powers like they normally do but instead have more shingami attributes added to them.
