@ suiryu what you mean like a third time?......anyway i read all the post on this one i think it's kinda funny.reading all of such a long forum is a hard thing to do especially having to read the jerkiest of comments(and don't give me crap about thats not a word!) but i do agree that in all things one should get understanding. i knew ken's sword was already released from the get go just from how it looked; long, battered, and ultra jagged. unreleased swords all look normal, except 4 ichigo's and i guess i can see how since his is weird like that while not released it may be the same for ken but watching the anime i couldn't dismiss what was said about his always being released. him and ichigo are both power type so i'm wondering is ichi's bankai kido based? as far as my opinion on how zaraki's bankai would look if its not a gigantic demon or a whole skeleton like horde or army it may be like dbz power up destroying everything around with an cool insanely huge sword with a skeletal desigin @-@ or...is it possible it could be all of those combined!?!?

Yeah i have an idea for his bankai sword it could be a longer broader sword with a neat but deeper jagged edge the handle some kinda bone compilation up to the hilt wit skeleton fingers for hand guard and along the back edge of his sword the bone continues with the skull and ribcage facing up and out from it and skeletons arm and hand reaching along to the tip.he's a big enough guy for it to be a pretty much life size skeleton on his sword. have a chain at the end for throwing it and bringing it back? maybe a mace on the end of the chain? i can see him throwing the mace part pulling someone close to him with it wrapped around opponents hands and sword getting face to face and asking with a grin ..where are you going? no imagine a huge mace at the end and him swinging it high speed with one hand walking casually!or what about his sheath being like a huge coffin!? what if he had the power to open the gates of hell!? you know what i think i should draw it because I'm imagining that way cooler than I'm able to fully describe and I'm getting carried away with it

Umm... Ichigo's sword is like Kenpachi in that it is alwaya in a constant released form aka. shikai.

Of course it isn't, not only can Ichigo not use kidou, but the bankai has no kidou effects at all. A smaller size, increased power and a huge speed boost is the effects and abilities of the bankai. If you dont understand, re-read the fight against ichigo and byakuya.

I do not think that he need bankai to become more powerful as he is powerful enough ..even with his right eyes covered !! if he is going to reach bankai level ..it's absolutely imbalanced ..

I also thinks she is his zanpakutou also, I have always wondered what her real relationship to him is and that just may be the answer that I am looking for!
Dont think so, he found her sum place cant remember. He killed a few people and was sittin down and she approached him and smeared the blood on his Blade. Thats vaguely wat I can remember from that episode. He took her under his wing coz she was the only 1 who didnt c him as a monster. I dont think she's his Zanpactou bcoz she also has a Zanpactou

Ok...for all of you who think that his Vice Captain is his Zanpactou...please...pay attention...
A zanpactou forms in front of the user ONLY. The ONE time that this is a false statement was when Ichigo was training for Bankai and Yourichi made Zengetsu forcibly form. Any other time that a Zanpactou will form is ONLY for the user and in their "subconsious".
Now, if Kenpachi does somehow achieve Bankai form, he has to change his personality completely. He literally has to stop doing what he has been doing his whole life and WANT help from someone else. That is his flaw...he believes that he can be more powerful on his OWN strength and that is why he is not able to hear his sword to enter Bankai form. Now, IF that does happen and he learns to change his way of thinking(which will be because of stronger opponents most likely), he would have an AMAZING Bankai...

And for all of you posting spoilers....seriously that is really wrong...I'm watching the anime only and PURPOSELY staying away from the manga because of like animation better than stillframes and it really does suck when you are trying to avoid things like that and you accidently read it because someone forgets(or doesn't care enough) to put a "Spoiler" tab above. Not fair at all...
That is like going to see a movie that you have been waiting for FOREVER and on the way in, the people that saw it before you tells you the ending. You might as well skip that movie, huh? Sucks...

REIzBOYI just can't wait to see what Kenpachi's Zanpakto looks like in it's released form.
Its always released; its like Ichicigo's Zanpakuto in that matter since they both have way too much reitsu.

Kenpachi doesn't have a Shikai release. His Zanpakuto is like Ichigo's, always in 'Shikai mode' although he doesn't call it that. He probably can't have a Bankai either. He's too proud to rely on the powers of his Zanpakuto.
