Well I can say one thing about Ichigo and his Hollow residing in him... of course it is bad for him to get consumed by it, but on the other hand if it wasn't for Ichigo's inner hollow, he would have died "a thousands deaths already" from grueling battles because his hollow form can regenerate his holes in the body and heal him in an instant and save his ass at the brink of death.

Well, I guess I was wrong claiming that Hollow Masks of the other Vizards last longer than Ichigo.
