This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

The concept of wallpaper is very good, and finds that you are going well. But in the arms it has many imperfections =/. And title with this font is very ugly. I find that if you to improve this detail you will be better.
This are my suggestion.

Yea i agree with iori. the arms are quite jagged & lack the red glow outline that the rest of the body has. the font & the position of the name also needs improvement. might i suggest a change in the background? right now the background does not seem to add any value to the wall. im sorry if i sound harsh but this is my honest opinion. good luck with your wall.

Yep, i agree too.. hmm... and i also think red doesn't suit her well. if you're planning on abstract, you mustn't constrain yourself to one shade of color. try other colors, like how green is well with blue and white, etc.
