Hello i need some help on thus wallpaper i wanna make it with patters but the probleme is, that i got no patterns pls help me out http://img73.imageshack.us/my.php?image=hakudoushiwallpaper1cu.jpg and btw this is just the pattern version my other is still not done yet but this one is alot simpler and easer as you can see so pls guys help me out and find me some nice kick ass patterns i be waiting for all your suggestion i wanna make this wall number 1

Yhea I don't know what application you are using for image editing, personally I use photohop cs2 and in there they have a set of standard patters, witch are not very nice...or at least they are very common, but also very easy to make your own patters there. However I have the luxury of having the entire creative suite from adobe and then you could also use Illustrator cs2 to make whatever patters you want or desire. you can probably download patterns for both these programs aswell, never tried to find anymyself so would not know where to start lookin but I would guess google would be a good start. Hope this helps you get some patterns organised.

Like Ramius said, the character is very cute, however the wallpaper just isn't very lively. I suggest a bit more color and for the background to have more spice added to it.. it's a bit plain, but a good start, and I can see a very cute end result after some work. ^-^

Nice scan, butt he background empty; too empty. Need something else then just circles. As for patters... There should be tutorials out there that teach you how to make patterns and stuff, like create blog.

You did good on the vector but it seems abit stretched to me. he looks like he's sitting, so maybe have him sitting on something. that could help to add some dimension to the wallpaper and maybe he won't look so stretched diagonal?
I accually think that this is one of those wallpapers that you get jealouse of, its so clean and that is a finess i dont think many is able to fix. i really like the wallpaper and i dont think you really need to make alot of changes, i bet you already polished the last bits before you put it here =P
The character looks great.. but the background is too empty , maybe you could add the completed shikon no tama in the backround or maybe several jewel shards :O
