I want to turn the anime I have downloaded into DVD's but I dont know with what program can I do this?
Well I think you said this, but it has to be in mpeg format. Then you need the right program which is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find. You can either get Windows movie maker 2 which is supposed to work for dvds (as WMM 1 didnt >.<) or something like that. I had to make a movie for my sisters open house, and I found a program that did it well called something like Sonic.
Dang where was this 2 weeks ago >.< Haha thanks looks pretty good
x-animeFreak-xThere's a program I have that's called DVD2SVCD, it's really easy to use and you can get it free here [ Click ]
You will find this software to be the single most advanced software to Encode your DVD, DVB, VOB, MPEG or AVI into DVD, SVCD or VCD.
I always use this program to put my anime onto a DVD and play there on a player.
And if you need help go here [ Click ] the website is VideoHelp and can help you with other programs too.
hey i got the program and i got 1 problem, i read the Q&A of the manual troubleshoot and still no answer. I need to get Cinema Craft Encoder, But i don't know how to load it? where can i find it??
Depending on the orignal format of your Video, you can use TMPG (http://www.tmpgenc.net/e_main.html) to convert it to DVD format (The program includes different DVD templates for different regions). Used a while back and it did the job very well, you can even batch up jobs together.
There's also VirtualDub I used it for capturing, but it's great for affects and convertions as well. http://fcchandler.home.comcast.net/stable/index.html
The website mentioned by animeFreak-X is great resource for all your video needs, they have amazing how to's.

DVD2SVCD converts AVI to DVD but it doesn't convert OGM to DVD (which kind of sucks) anyways, CCE is a pay program which i belive cost around $2,000 (last i checked), but you can get the trail version, but i don't know when the trail is over. you cen get the trail at this link

DVD2SVCD only works with CCE 2.5 that it above ^^
to set it up with DVD2SVCD follow this instructions
First start up the program
Click on the "Encoder" tab
Click on Cinema Craft Encoder
Click on the Folder to the right to find the program
which should be "C:// My Computer/Program Files/Custom Technology/CCE SP Trail Version"
but you can also use QuEnC, which comes with it but the conversion times take longer then CCE
for a 23 min episode CCE will take about 15 min (it did on my computer anyways)
and for QuEnC it will take anywhere up to 30min to 1 hr for an episode
i useally fit around 7-9 episodes into a single 4.5 GB dvd on DVD format
anyways hope this info does you good
if you need any more help come see me
