As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

More often than not, the first thing I take into consideration is what console it's on. I have access to the majority of them, one way or another, but I don't necessarily "like" some of the controllers out there -- nor do I like the feeling of something like the GBA. The second thing to take into consideration would be the genre the game's in. I personally tend to only play RPG, Action, Adventure, and combinations of those, unless the game gets positive remarks from the people in my area, in which I'll eventually give it a shot. The last thing I take into consideration is a combination of the price and the developer. If I trust the developer, I'll be more willing to pay full price for a game on it's release day. Otherwise, I'll wait for it to hit the bargain bin, or at the very least get some sort of price cut. Just too many games coming out to go and waste money, y'know?

I have ended up buying a number of less-than-stellar games using that method. Though I still have no intention of ever trusting a game review site or magazine. More so if you take into account that a good portion of my gaming collection has, on average, scored less than a 6 somewhere like GameSpot or IGN.

I look at the style and type of game play that is being portrayed in the game. Other then that I just pick up what ever I might like.

The only thing I seriously take in consideration when I'm gonna get a console is: the library of games.

Yes, as simple as that. If it doesn't have the games that interest me, then I don't buy it. That's why the PS2 never interested me :/

I look for the Story, is any good, then if it is i buy it. the replay value, the Console its on and Developer. I don't like games that come from America, they stories are to weak, and the grahpic are shappy, the only exception would have to be Metroid Prime.
All in all i look for the Story

I rent teh games first because then if i don't like then i only wasted like $8 bucks not the price of the game. Also if it just happens to be Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts then i just buy it as i know that its going to be good.

Definitely has alot to do with the graphics, imo. Especially in this day and age where everything's so darrn advanced. Well, hey I like to look at pretty things. xD However, a good storyline is always a major plus - followed by a prominent games developer name. Trust me, I buy anything with 'Square' on the cover. xD

Setting and atmosphere. Im finding thats the defining line for me when it comes to my favorite games. I just love certain settings and atmospheres..the feeling you get when you play a game you know? Immersion is also a big factor.

It all depends of the games that are on the console. I do own the PS2, Xbox and GC so I dont really need to make a choice. I got my PS2 first because of MGS and FF mainly. I got my Xbox because I really wanted to play DOA again since it was no longer being made for the PS2. Another reason was just for Burnout and Ninja Gaiden. My GameCube is on the small end of games which has title like Legend of Zelda, Resident Evil and Skies of Arcadia.

I pretty much choose my consoles based on the games being released on it. I would probably buy the next generation of consoles in the following order. PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, and Xbox 360.

I like fighting games so I'll go with which ever console that has more fighting games. I would buy a console for the Tekken series though XD
