Ok, i came up with this idea, about the feathers and card
captor sakura, and combined it to look something
like this, hope you guys will like it,

The feather and the image of Sakura is pixelated. I suggest you vector it.
The bg is really dark and doesn't look like much work was done there. maybe you should add some sparkles or just soemthing to mae the bg less empty.

Like Riza said, the image of Sakura is very, very pixellated, as are the feathers. In fact, the stock of the feather you used cuts off at the bottom, and it's glaringly obvious with the inner glow you've got on the main feather.
The font doesn't really match, and, again as Riza said, the background is oddly dark and looks somewhat empty.

Thats great! i love your background and how you made the feathers. One point to suggest you know how the background is really light becuase of all the stars and the galaxies... well maybe you should put like light rays going towards us around the feathers. Check out the wallpaper in wallpapers section in DEVIL MAY CRY. theres a wallpaper with Dante and around the title within the wallpaper there are light rays. Just have a look and you'll see what i mean. I think it'll look really good if you do that.

It looks fantastic!
i didn't like the outer glow effect on some feathers, to me it doesn't fit to the whole wall. but the rest of it looks fantastic.
