This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I do \o\
I'm not very good at it, and the piano I play is horrendous but I play it.
What type of music do you play?

I do, depends on what you like though, something slow or fast? Classical or modern?

Some ideas:

- a sonata or any piece by a classical composer
- New Age stuff (really nice new age japanese artists around)
- Instrumental piece from an anime

here is my pianosheets page, check out the different things I have (I also have others not listed) maybe you'll find something you're interested in playing :D

I've played at a couple of recitals. I found out that they usually like listening to sonatinas, waltzes and interesting pieces, but the listeners seem to fall asleep if they are too long. I'd suggest going to a nearby music store and picking up a few books with sonatinas and waltzes in them. Try to pick pieces that are 1-2 pages long and aren't too repetative, I guess.

A friend of mine has some sheet music for you to look through if you want too:

I agree, a short, interesting classical piece would be best. Yet it also depends on the audience; some people are absolutely thrilled when you play the Moonlight Sonata or Für Elise for them, on the other hand, people who play the piano themselves will tend to prefer less common pieces.
And, of course, make sure you're able to play the piece perfectly - if possible by heart - since the atmosphere of a recital usually adds some excitment and thus allows mistakes to slip in easily (at least that's what I've observed over the years).

If you don't feel like buying a book: there's quite a lot of free classical music out there. In any case, listening to a couple of CDs/Mp3s/Samples might give you an idea what a piece sounds like without having to play it first.

Anyway, good luck! ;)

I love to play classical music, but there's many song i couldn't play because too hard.

Myteacher always suggested meto play the songs equal with my grade, but i aways choose harder because i know i can and i love the song

My idea you play the song which you like.

By the way., this the site where i download sheet music..

I've played the piano for most of my life, but I'm not really active with it.
I don't really enjoy playing all that much anymore.

How far into November is your recital? If it's late November you should try investing time into practicing holiday songs.
