emoticon Mean Bus Drivers :(
ok so i havent gone on the school bus for like three months...the other day i finally decide hey i might as well, dont feel like walking the snow... so i get on and the lady tells me...fine just dont throw any oranges - i got kicked off because she had told our headmaster that i swore and threw an orange at a girl, which did NOT happen, i cant swear:S-...so i let that comment go and got on anyway...i am now getting close to my old stop, this driver fully knowing where i live since the stop was really close to my house...then with the smirkiest most evilish grin in the whole wide world she tells me, " oops i forgot to mention, we do not have the same bus route anymore" i have never had someone give suchh a dirty look EVER! anyway the lady didnt even drop me off at my old stop she kept going to the next stop which was about a thousand blocks away...well fifteen but in the snow its hard...i hate busses :(

That sucks, and dude, even if you had done that i still don't think it's reason enough for her to be like that. i can't think of anyone recently that hates me but when i was in high school me and my chemistry teacher would have it out all the time. she was the one that broke the class into pairs for lab work and she always made it so that i was by myself (the class had uneven numbers most of the time) and she'd squash me if i tried to ask others for help (i really sucked at lab work). i guess what bugged me the most is that when i asked her for help she'd give me some lame answer that really only made things worse. yep, i just barely passed her class in grade 11. then the school gave me her for chem12, i think i went to 2 of her classes. lol, i actually went to the final exam even though i hadn't gone to the classes, i think i got 30%.

Yea i had a mean bus driver once...couldnt even talk and he didnt turn on the radio...

Frade not cause my mom is a bus driver and I was usually a good person on the bus cause all the drivers knew my mom. If I did anything bad on the bus I would've been grounded for at least a week ( believe me, it happened)
so I try to stay on their good sides.
But there was one that was a psycotic (forgive the spelling) ex preacher that stopped the bus in the middle of his route everytime someone said a cuss word, even though it was a bus full of high schoolers... he wouldn't even let the kids who were innocent and lived nearby off...(like me) and we'd sit there waiting for 30 mintues at a time (at the most)
but thank god 2 months after school started he mouthed off to his boss and got fired! LOL serves him right.... right?

Yep, not allot of nice bus drivers around, the city bus drivers can get a lil insane sometimes. Bottom line is, if i were a bus driver, especially a school bus driver i would not last long, id snap and start killing some of the kids, or something. Bus drivers can get mean, but so can the students/"youngins" that ride on them. Which reminds me, i could never be a teacher either...

My bus drivers mean she always stops the bus suddenly when we reach the stops. we all hit our heads and i get a serius headache.
This is why you should carry camera phones and recording devices. When they go over the edge you get proof enough to sue them, or better yet enough material to sell to a news station.

i feel sorry 4 u...i mean cus my bus driver is awesome he doesnt mind going out of his way to take us to the store..or take us directly to our house
wow, that's sucks! I would of snaped at her and told her to F***k off ugly :P No but i would talk back and say something mean. Swearing is weak. Doesn't do anything to a person but laugh cause it's immature. lol
I never had a bus driver like that. I don't take the school bus. The bus drivers are really kind. Once i only had 1.50 thinking it was 2.50 and he let me ride anyways. Another time is where i took the wrong bus and i ended up in downtown. He didn't leave me there though. It took another route to my house. Thank god! Downtown is not the place to be in during dark! lol Once i also rode for free. I'm guessing cause my friends were fighting about something in the middle of the bus and everyone was looking so he told us to just sit down and be quite. Meh i didn't care, i thought that fight was stupid cause it was about who was right guessing at what time the bus comes at. So many stories that deal with buses. lol

I've had a mean bus driver....but she was mean to everyone....not just me.....she was just generally a bitter person....and i've had nice bus drivers who were pretty funny ppl...
Public Bus driver of (a country name) is the worst I have seen. They drive as if they own the road. Change lanes when they want to. Brake when they feel like it. And sometimes they are "kind" enough to to give "an extra bus stop" (which means they didn't stop at the bus stop that I want)

Well that really sucks for you. That bus driver is way too mean. Since she forgot to tell you, she should have made an exception and stopped for you that one time. And even if you did do the things she accused you of, or if she thinks you did, she should still act like an adult and get over it instead of playing these evil mind games with you.
Of course there are some people who should get punished, because they're absolutely horrible on the bus, the kind of people who make life hell for everyone else on the bus and think that they can do whatever they want.
Even if the bus driver had a bad day after dealing with people like that, I don't think anyone should get treated the way you did.
Did you try talking to her in a mature and calm manner? Maybe she has a bad impression of you as she thinks that you're one of those bad passengers and is getting revenge for it? Try being nice to her and showing her that she was wrong and you're actually an ideal passenger. Thank for before getting off the bus, greet her when you get on etc.
Maybe that will work? I'm lucky enough to not have had a mean bus driver like that. But then again I only took the bus for a few years.
