Guilty Gear XX is A 2D fighting game. There is about 20 character and there all crazy. For exemple there is little girl that fight whit a ``ancre´´(gomen i do not no the word in english). There is a other tal guy tha have a paper bag on is head. My avatar now is zappa one of the crazyess of the game. The game is faster then almost all the 2D fighting game I played except, melty blood and EFZ. you shoud all try this game if you haven't. But the thing I like the most of the game is the chalenge. I still play it and I have it sice it was out in ameica. Plus the soudtrak of the game is one of the best ther is. Some rok and hard rok what could you want more for that kind of game.
I had it when my brother lived with me. GGXX that is.But I sold it to him because the PS2 was his in the first place.My favorite character was Sol Badguy and Milia Rage.Although I also used Jam and Baiken because they were fun to use.
I tend to prefer SNK and Capcom fighters as far as 2D is concerned (Mark of the Wolves mainly!), but the GG series is pretty fun. Arc System Works needs to work on their animation though.My favorite GG characters are probably Ky and Chipp.
Although I still think the best 2D fighter is SF3TSGGX2 is pretty awsome, Isuka is fun tooits a little crazy though, im all about Jam hehe, shes awsome!
Isuka has a steep learning curvei loved GGXX and GGX2 reloaded. =P

Most underrated series . . . EVER. It's way better than most anything Capcom has to offer, and it's actually a balanced game unlike most other fighting games. Even if you disagree with that, you'd have to admit, the GG series is the most sylish fighting game series around. Though, it's pretty eccentric at some points especially when it comes to characters such as Faust or Zappa.The soundtrack is one of the best soundtracks in games.I use Sol Badguy, who's basically the easiest character to use but one of the most predictable in combat. Hey Capcom, fighting games are supposed to have characters with strengths and weaknesses, not strong and weak characters, get it right.
I played this game a lil bit and i can say that i got addicted. Jam is my favorite character out of anyone since she's button hack friendly XD i played isuka in arcades and it was pretty challenging. you had to press a button to face the other way <!--emo&-_---><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sleep.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sleep.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Switching between Isuka and the normal series of GG games is rather annoying. You have to train yourself to either hit the "turn button" when switching to over to Isuka or not hit it when you switch back to the normal series.Isuka is also extremly crazy at times when 4 players are on the screen, which can add or subtract to the experience.I think Arc System Works and Sammy should continue with the normal series, and ocasionally add an adition to the Isuka series.

(that one's a pretty famous video)GG isn't very balanced either.From what I've seen, certain characters are just *better* than others. Sol, Testament are the two most abusive characters that I've seen.Slayer and Baiken are good too, but not to the point of abuse. Ky just sucks.My fave fighting series are all made by SNK, though.As far as stylization goes, GG is decent.The character and move designs are incredibly derivative though, and the character design varies fairly wildly in quality.There are great designs (Baiken) and horribly sh*tty designs (Ky). Even Ky's sprite sucks. Looks like it's missing a few frames.

I disagree whit you scraletwillow Ky is one of the bes character of the game wen you know how to use him. All the character are good and have adventage and weekness if you do not know how to use them that is your problem.When I'm on the character select and I chose Zappa people ask why him his hard to use and his combos are hard. When thay see how well I use him at the and of ure fight they say: ``men your good whit him you gave me a good game´´ heven if I loose. Zappa is a wird character and any one who use him need practice to use the spirit he have.oh well I'll continu later I have to go in class XD

Ky is such a Shotokan <!--emo&:P--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /><!--endemo-->I've yet to see Ky pull off any huge combos, Sol style.Like it or not, there are still tiers in GGXX, just as there are tiers in any game.The only game I've played with no super-clear tiers or dominating characters is Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution.I like Zappa... definitely a very powerful character. I don't like the randomness of his attacks, though.When I play GGXX, I always play Baiken, since I can play a serious air game with her, thanks to her keep-away "projectile" board.
Lol too bad zangeif isnt in SF3.. i'd own all !!!the main thing i like about GGXX is the isntant kill moves.. they just own. hahahSNK games are really good.. but i havent really played them for real indepth like people like diago play fighting games as.i dont relaly enjoy fighting games for the whole crazy fighting systems and wahtever style of mashing buttons to make combos.. lol i just enjoy them for what they are.. and how much fun i get out of it.MvC2 is probably one of the best fighters ive played.. just the sheer number of characters and because of Serv-bot. I once pwned a tournement using 3 Serv-bots hahah. that was a fun match.

Because Twelve can take on Ken anyday, and Remy's gonna fight Chun-li and win . . . <i>right</i>.in GG, Sol and Slayer are abused because they're just so easy to play as, and people are lazy. In GG is about the ease of use. Odds are you'll see more Sol players than Zappa players, because Sol is just easier to use.

Actually, the only character I like from SF <i>is</i> Remy. Personally, I really don't like Capcom. I dislike their style and most of their games actually. I like SNK better, because the characters are just more fun to play with.GG is still better though, lol.
