This is just sick, someone found a finger in their chili at the wendy's resturant. Gives a new meaning to the term "finger licking good"!! :twitch:

Its just like that old snack food - "Cracker Jacks" :lol: just sometimes the prizes aren't always what we want: chicken head in our fried chicken and fingers in chili. maybe the cook watched that South Park Episode and though "Hey, this would be really funny!" :mellow: ... :lol:

Ewww...I've heard about this before and when I saw the pictures I seriously thought it was true because, you know, who the HELL would be gross enough to intentionally put a finger in their chili, even if they did think they were going to get money out of it. Come on now. Then again, one only needs to watch a few episodes of pretty much any reality television show to discover that people will stoop pretty friggin' low just to make a buck.
Now the thing that freaks me out the most is, if that finger didn't accidentally end up in her chilli, how the hell did she get a severed finger to stick into her food in the first place? Disgusting.

I wonder what were the woman's motive for putting the finger there in the first place. Possibly to sue Wendy's for million of bucks like that one lady who sued McDonald's 'cause she spilled her coffee on herself and blamed McDonald's for not putting a "Warning: Hot" label on the cup. When will people stop making money off of scams like these? It's low and pathetic.

She did have a history for attempting unsucessful lawsuits against other companies, including another restaurant where she claimed her daughter got sick from eating the food served there. I can't stand people who go after petty lawsuits, it completley trivializes our entire judicial system.

I used to worked at Wendy's and there was no way to lose a finger in the chili. Furthermore, if something like that happened, there's no way in hell we would sell that chili. The accident would've been logged and then the food would have been discarded.
When making chili, there's no way to lose a finger. No heavy machinery is involved and nothing sharp is involved except an industrial can opener.

Doesn't the chili ingredients come in seperate bags or containers? If it does there must've been some sort of accident in the factory or something, right?
I think she just a untalented scam artist. I hope she enjoys her prision time. I feel sorry for all thos people that lost their job because of her.

The chili does not come in separate bags. We make our own chili. The meat comes from the grill, the beans are still in the cans, and the other things are in the bags. We have to actually grind the meat into fine pieces, open the cans of beans and other vegetables, and then put them together and cook it for several hours.
Craziness.

Who DOES that?? Geez. You must really be a sad and depraved person to think up scams like this. I just lost a bit more of my hope for humanity... ~_~
