Black and white at it's best with a dash of red to keep things interesting.

For the last couple of weeks, everytime I try to upload a scan I come up with a white page with the words "Problem In Creating image". I've uploaded plenty of scans before and know how to do so.

The scans I'm trying to upload are jpegs, 2500-3000px in height and 1500+px in width; they meet all the minumun requirements. I find my case unusual because... the page with the "Problem In Creating image" text isn't in the AP layout.

Waiting didn't solve the problem, so can anyone tell me what to do?

I do; I level, crop, rorate and edit (remove dust or hair and such) all of my scans in Photoshop before posting them anywhere.

The smallest is 3.68 MB, the largest is 7.82 MB. But I've uploaded scans in that range before so...

Reduce the quality setting to bring them down into the 1mb area.

I did what trismugistus, and since I didn't come up with a 'Problem In Creating image' page but an AP page (but it was blank; no content in the place where content usually is) I'm assuming it works. (still waiting for the scan to be approved to see)

So does this mean that AP has a maximun image size limit? I didn't see anything in the guide about it.
