More work on the bg. Here's the time to make them float over the city or something. Play with your imagination. The color light-blue looks just too plain imo :o
You also want to RE-CG the scans, cause they're too blurred out. >.<

I agree, that top right needs something more, but MUCH more importantly, you need to get rid of those green letters (and clovers, maybe). There is nothing in rest of the image that calls for green, so it just stands out as being really ugly. But the rest of the wall, I think you did a fine job.
I dislike the scan quality and the sky, but overall it's pretty good ^^ Play with the sky...I'm sure you'll get something.

Ah your second one is cool. Only thing is the text.. dont underline it and put it somewhere else. Its ok to put it OVER the images... btw credits to you is a tad too high...
