Prince of Tennis: Rivals Do It Better
I wanted to make a tenipuri rivals wall that didn't have too many elements in it, and this is what I came up with. I actually submitted it before I thought to have it critiqued (ugh, my mistake...), so I'd appreciate any thoughts you guys might have.
Is it too simple? Should it have more filters?

Nope, its not too simple. "more filters" is NEVER the answer to wallpaper success. x) My only complaint is the scan quality - it could use a cleaning.
It's good as it is, nice and simple and doesn't need much more work apart from the scan. The logo and text are really nice and the characters fit in well together. Good stuff!

Ah! *nods nods* Thanks for the help! I was getting a little embarassed with it when I was viewing the myriad of complex walls in the galleries-- I always like to keep my own creations very simple. Too simple, according to some friends, lol!
Regarding the scan clean-up-- I wish there was some way to take back a submitted wall... :( *sighs* I really want to fiddle with this a bit more.

Fine the way it is. not sure if you should even worry that much about the scans, i've seen the mods accept worse. although you should have the character above the film effect (can see the line thru their faces).

The scans could use some work. The backround is too plain also.

Thanks for mentioning that! :) I must've missed it when I was making it the first time... -_-;;
If I may ask, though, what's the turn-around time for mods to accept/reject new walls? Mine has been pending for about 36 hours now, and I was wondering when they'd get around to rejecting it. ^_^;; (I want to upload the cleaner one but I'm afraid to because they might think I double-posted and penalize me again for yet more rule-breaking. -_-;;)
