Oh my blending skills still need some work. I dont know what anime this is(sadly, i find that is the case with most my scans) so if anyone recognises the character or the studio that is known for this kind of work, It would be much appreciated. ;)

The wings look a bit transparent at the bottom, and the birds could use some shading to make them look more 3D instead of being cut-out as it is, otherwise, I don't see anything wrong with this wall. I think your blending skills are much better than mine at any rate. :D

I wonder if I could change that? I suppose I could extract the wings alone(They're part of the scan) or maybe just get rid of them altogether. I still haven't any idea what anime this is from, or what studio. :(
Try using the rubber stamp tool on the transparent parts using the source point the non-transparent part? If not, then I say ditch the wings altogether, I personally think the girl is enough.
A wing or not it's one heck of a wall. Now see that you polish the wall a little so it'll be ready for upload so i can favorize this lovely wall!

Two things I would say, though. First is that I can see a line in the see where you've covered the surf pattern over. I'd try to hide that behind the chara if you can't make it blend together better. Second would be in the very top right the sky seems to stop short of the edge of the canvas. Very minor things, though :).
In terms of source I haven't a clue. And I've a feeling it isn't from an actual series - just some random art by an artist. Where did you get it from?
