Awesome background, but as Saka said, the character doesn't fit in well. You might try some black-dark grey gradient instead of the pitch black parts. Softer colors match the background better. Plus, the char is a bit blurry, while the bg is very clear. Maybe you should vector the girl (with gradient overlay).
Know what..the bg's great..creative..but the character seems to be off somehow..
it's both low quality & the blend's not that good..blurry and pixelated..maybe a sharper scan would be nice..
