Im just wondering if this is any good, and if anything can be improved on?

This is a great wallpaper you got going. What I would suggest is making the text blend into it more. Its out in the open and looks as if you just pasted it onto it. I cant think of anything else, I'm sure someone else can! ^_^

Ok, its been updated, and I followed the advice of Swing as long as some changes of my own (All apply to the text)

1. Made the whole text in Caps, casue it looked better that way
2. Made the font size from a 46 to a 53
3. Put A Transparency on it
4. Gaussian Blur

Hhhmm..for me I think the problem is the background composition..it does not make any sense at all..sorry to be mean..I suggest you tried to re-make another background..try using stock photo or brush.good luck!

As a matter of my own personal taste it's a little monochromatic. That however, is a matter of my own taste. I'd prefer a bit more contrast with the gundam and the background. Other than that I'm at a loss as to what to recommend. Possibly Sizing the gundam up a lil bit?

Your gundam is a bit dark and wasn't very stand out from the wallpaper.
also, the 'thing' you used for the background, it feel kinda repeated...

Ok made some changes to the wall.

1. I incressed the size of the render (However its doesnt look as good quality wize, so I may go back to the normal size)
2. Put a blur to the render
3. Made the renders not as dark, yet dark enough so it blends into the background a bit (Thats what I was aming for in this background).
4. Fixed the transparency on Heero (He now blends in a lot more, giving like a hidden feeling to it, yes that is what I was aming for)
5. Took the transparency off the render.

There is a strong possiblilty that I may downscale the Gundam more, casue the quality of it isnt as good as before.

Also, I am not changing the back ground. I may edit it so that it doesnt look like I reused the same brush as much, but basicly what you see is the kind of background that Im going for.

I think the background is well done. However, the gundam doesn't really stand out from the background. You may want to increase the contrast of the image to the background. As for the text, it blends well into the picture, except for the front part. I can't really tell if the first few characters are supposed to be XXXG or something else. You could try decreasing the transparency or using a brighter colour for the text.

Here you go with my views about this wallpaper:

1. Overkill grunge, man. It's too grungy to be appreciated. Only detail I noticed asides from the Gundam itself is... is that Heero? See, I can't even tell.

2. Wing Zero doesn't stand out too much, which affects the wallpaper heavily. It just doesn't do justice for the wallpaper.

3. The centering of both the scan and text is off. It's going too much to the right. Besides, the text also blends too much into the background. Is that XXXG? I can't tell that either.

Overall, it's good, but it could be much better.
