I like it ^^ although it seems slightly blurry (or maybe it's just me in my sleepy mode xD) I like the background with the snow flakes and everything though =]

Hey there,
Change your font color, I almost missed your sig. The pink/red of her hair would be a cool choice, as it's already part of the wall's color palette. :)
Umm, If you wanted to include the name of the series or that of the character that would be good too. Other than that I think you'v egot a pretty good wall here. :)
Have fun and enjoy,
Chonrad

Well, I have to say that this a nice start for a wall but there are some things you need to overwork.
1. Extraction of the scan
The extraction is good done in some parts but terribly in others.
Take a close look at the right site of the scan especially her hair. Can you see the jagged lines and white around the hair? You need to extract that part better.
You can also see the jagged lines around the umbrella.
2. Background composition
I don't wanna sound rude but the background is really plain and boring. You just have a blue back with some brushes of snowflakes. This is a bit to empty and also really boring. I would suggest to go with some sort of natural background. What I mean is a landscape or such things.
3. Scan itself
Too blurry. Much too blurry. I don't know if you wanted it to be so blurry but it really kills everything. Get rid of the blur filter you might have used and take a nice clean scan. You can always use filters if you want but be aware of overusing them.
Well, that's all I have to suggest right now.
Don't worry you're on a good way ^__^
