I loved the series when I first watched it
It is kinda different from Air & Kanon. I thought it would be somewhat the same but it turned out different, and soon enough I finished the anime series and currently watching the second season, Clannad After Story ^__^

Clannad after story is really great in this moments and i saw episode 6 this afternoon and was really good, so i think the after story is gonna be better that the firts season

I was attracted to CLANNAD when it first release
The story is so touching~especially 1st season's Fuko Arc
Now I am watching the After Story

Is true that this anime look like kanon but in another time and the anime seems to have some stuff that look like Air but by far clannad first season was good most of the stuff seems realistic it catch your intention every time something dramatic or sad happens that's what I like in those anime
I think clannad was really good drama...the story was very touchfull hehehehehe

I just began watching it, and now im at episode 13 afterstory, I and Really sincerely do not hope the ending is like the movie, because then there, will be a murdering spree!
To me this series represent love, hard times, and loads of fun. I really like the whole story behind it. And Im really glad I began watching it, I laughed to hard when Sunohara would get beaten. all in all I will keep watching this every week it comes out. Because its actually a Love story I really really like.

Interesting. Have you guys ever read about how Nagisa will end up? I hope the continuation of Clannad is not something created on a whim by Clamp. Story-wise I have always been less enchanted with Tomoya and Nagisa. Well. If that did not happen then Clannad would just be another Harem anime with dangling boobs. Hope Clannad meets my expectations and sums up it's entire series with a loud applause.

ARGH. i'm so mad that i watched the movie! now i know whats going to happen to nagisa q_q but the thing i like about kyo ani is that they added a hell lot more to the plot than what was shown in the movie. still q_q;;; i think it's obvious what's going to happen to nagisa... sadly q___q;;;
Well they could pull of another storyline, and they hopefully do! Because I dont want to see Tomoya with Nagisa
It's a gripping series that you can't get enough of. After watching one episode of CLANNAD, I took in another, and another, and another, and it was settled: I couldn't get enough of the show. And it doesn't end with just the first series. After Story (which is currently running) takes the whole story one step further by exploring the supporting cast, segueing to Tomoyo starting a family (the biggest challenge of his life).
When that part of the arc began, I thought, "Oh man, we are in for a fun winter, because we are heading into the home stretch." If you haven't seen it already, I suggest you check out CLANNAD After Story, because everything good about this show comes full circle. Absolute classic.

I think I'll wait for the second episode to decide if I'm going to watch this series every week or if I'll just watch it when it's finished. ^^

The #18 I cries so much times....(CLANNAD AS)
I've watched this series twice now and its made me laugh every time.
Tomoya and Sunohara are great pair.
I did watch the movie a few weeks ago to see what it was like. I did like the change with the dream. It added a nice touch. But the series is still better. Clannad just isn't the same without Fuuko ;)
