Hello,
I would suggest to improve a little the tagging fonctionality
- give some papers when you put a tag
- remove false or problematic tag (eventually with a lost of papers for people who put wrong tag)
- create a searching by tags criteria...
because nowadays, searching something with tags is a bit messy and could clearly be improve

Could you imagine how people would spam walls and scans with improper tags?
Oh that would be hell. We ALREADY have people that do it without a paper incentive.
I'd rather have people be required to do it when they upload.

This will most likely not happen, never actually. We've allowed GIF avatars in the past and people have abused it uploading flashy and annoying animated avatars.

The sub forum format to be implemented into groups as well could be useful. That is if the bugs are fixed first of course.
Agreeing with kalico about giving papers for tags = a horrible idea and preferring wallers tagging their walls during submission. i was actually going to ask if it'd possible to let wallers remove tags on their own walls. there are some weird/unsuitable/misspelled tags. (i don't have great examples off the top of my head, but my kanda wall has a "beauty" tag and my Light wall has an "L" tag.) this partially defeats the organizational/search benefit of tags.
and, of course, it'd be great to say goodbye to all the edit bugs. :3 currently, it's not possible to edit a wallpaper's name, although the button exists. then there's the known "/" problem with edited userpage comments. and for gallery comments, apparently only some of us can edit what we post. (one thing: i see "click to edit" where i hover my cursor over the text and it does turn "editable" when i click, even for other people's comments. o__o i've tried it with my own comments and it works, but i don't believe this actually works for other people's comments.)
and the group bugs! D: they are well known, i think. so all that i want to mention is please give group admins the ability to mass PM group members. >__< sending out notices and stuff is a huge pain, especially with a large group.

3)A guild system? (I think it's unnecessarily but my friends suggests it)

Well, I'm not a staff member or anything, but as a member I have the rights to give suggestions^^
Well I've checked the tag search(since I've never used it before), and well, I think it actually takes more time searching. I think the tag system should be removed and be replace by genere. It should help with everyone much better, I think... Since genere covers more and much cleaner then the tag system, and has nearly the same results, it's just the matter of how much time you need to take to search for it.

No, a "java-base chat and video/cam" will not be supported as it bring more harm (java) & browsers problems.

Maybe my opinion, but is a little unfair - some people have a lot of walls and are just members. Even if they aren't CW level, but they are working for AP and deserves more as somebody who only leeches wallpapers from here.

Concerning the paper donation suggestion. I hope that wouldn't cause some beggars to spam you with Private Messages saying : "Give Papers Please", or something like that.
Especially that dude with 3000 scans (^^) or bantam or some other guys from the Top 50 Paper Holders would get spammed with PMs .
Well maybe it's not going to be that way, but it was just a suggestion.
