it's still addictive... but Clare is beginning to resemble Ichigo fro Bleach. I really hope they won't make the same mistake of creating an 'amighty'-ish character. I'd like Clare to still have that internal conflict which made her stand out in the first place.

Wouldnt call that fanservice, it was more something that was necessary and was bound to happen eventually.

and for the people about eclipse's "darkness", i got the h264 version and it wasn't dark.

I adjusted the brightness of my computer screen and it got better, so that was probably my fault.

I don't think they will make Clare an almighty character like the main characters of most shonen series. I doubt that she will recieve anymore mayor powerups. She just needed the ones she got because she was rather weak at the beginning of the series (does anyone remember what happened in te Rabona arc?).

Claymore is a Awesome anime, i wont lie when i first started watching it, i was oh God another chick anime, but as i watched it, i got into it..... You can really feel the Mood Of the Anime, and from Clare/ Raki.......
The animation is Great, The Characters are great also.........

Someone said they didnt like raki, well i explain it like this to anyone who hasnt got the concept yet....

Raki, reminds Clare of Herself when she was like his age or so when she met Teresa... and thus reminding Clare Of Her human side - and the emotions that come with it <---- Believe me i'm ont wrong, bc for those who been watching, Why do you think When Clare was about To Awaken She stop and turned back to normal? Even though i like clare, but for her to be one forth of a youma / human for the fact she succeeded Teresa Blood kinda anoyys me b/c that's pretty much calling her the weakest (even though she is known by that anyway b/c she is # 47 ) but we can all tell she is stronger than her actually rank) .......... but for the fact she Succeed Teresa Blood, The Claymore who was #1 of All Claymores, Clare should Be Able to tap into that same blood that flowed Through Teresa And Be on the same Par Level as Teresa, If She Can Do That and maybe Master it if Possible, Anyone know what i mean??
~ You had to see it, like when Clare Was Asleep, she saw Teresa Wailing Her Sword, with Elegent Movement As if She Was Training..... If Clare can see That when she's sleeping then she should be able to see/ yet learn something That Teresa Knew/ was able to do........... am i wrong, or does anyone feel the same way?

Claymore is a great anime and i will continue to watch it, i hope to keep seeing great things from it.... i hope they dont do any gay filler in this anime or when they get to the point of ending it, i hope they dont rush the ending or end it where stuff is left unsolved ----> I Hate that with a Passion

Since Claymore seems to be keeping away from fillers in general I will wait patiently for each episode. Somehow the overall quality of the music and animation is worth it, so I'll leave the manga alone for now.

about Raki, well, his attachment to Clare is a little unreal. But a few holes here and there in the plot are okay, I guess.

Fanservice? The fact that all these warriors wear tight white uniforms (with a flailing cape) is fanservice. Being naked after squeezing out your human-form into your demon-like tail isn't fanservice... It's more believable. ^^;

No, Clare isn't quite Ichigo yet because she's still relatively weak compared to many others and doesn't have a big head. She's still quite humble. I hope she won't become number one overtime however- that's just too predictable...

Monsters should always be naked, sexy monsters that are naked = ratings.

lol Claymore is yet to have even more nudity. If they follow the manga closely of course.

I'm not satisfied with the number of episodes. Only 26 eps when the manga is already hitting the 13th volume and Clare is not even close to killing Priscilla. There must be a 2nd season >_<

I really hope that the anime will show all of the Abyssal Ones, Isley and Ligardes would be awesome to see animated and voiced, especially the only action scene with Ligardes.

Claymore is very interesting anime i watch it, music in this anime is good but history is great and the characters are powerfull...

I agree, she still has an unbelievable amount of work to do to even reach Teresa's level. A second season is a necessity to finish the whole story in the manga. So far, I'm happy there are no fillers yet.

So I wonder if Raki will actually be able to help Claire in the end... and this is not a spoiler, just speculation, but perhaps Raki will become a male Claymore? One that is able to control the urge to be an awakened?

Moreover, when Claire finally confronts the awakened one that killed Teresa, she has to be really really good, I mean she is going to loose an arm afterall. Even if she learns that new invisible sword technique, she is going to need a lot more.

I just managed to watch to that episode, so I can fairly say, it is more believable. whoever heard of monsters in that era who try to cover up in a hippie jumpsuit? Now Priscilla actually looks a lot heavier and much tougher naked, especially the fact it plays so much anatomy into her body lines.

Strangely enough, I find this enemy seem to refrence a lot on parts where you can see so many similarities as Devilman. In Devilman, the same way they draw the body parts of monsters are great with detail. This one draws it and animates in a way it is wonderful. If you all read The Resurrection of Devilman , you will notice this.

Speaking of which, i doubt Clare would reach the level of teresa yet, you do realize that Teresa is number one... she is like... freaking powerful. Oh... and we haven't seen the ones I was spoiled on:
