I hate ongoing serie but ftw i like claymore so much. If it could be weekly ...
No i think monthly is ok because the author have time to overthink everything and the drawings are geting better so who cares xD

I've watched so many animes (no seriously like 60) and read more than 45 mangas and Claymore is by far the best in both categories in my books. Season 2 better be out soon. I almost shit bricks reading the newest chapter. Such an amazing twist and as usual, totally worth the wait. Claymore is way too underrated >.<

Chapter 79 is out. It was a great chapter. Though, I'd wish they stop with the over powering style...It's getting like a rpg level up feel. and why is the chapters coming out soo slow. :(

And just like that, March is almost over already. next week we should get chapter 79!! it won't be as action intensive as 78 because i fully expect the plot to get developed. lots of talking with Galatea and Clare going, where's raki!!

IMO, Raki sucks. (and i'm sure many of you share this opinion too.) watching the anime just made it 10x worse because he was that much more annoying. Yagi, the mangaka said he wanted to make the manga 20+ volumes, and that thought just depresses me to no end because at the rate its going, 1 chapter a month, i'll be 30+ years old when it ends.. (i'm 19 now.)

but as long as the quality stays as it is, i'll be happy.

Lets just say that with the release of 79, i'm incredibly disappointed with the direction the story could go. like Yagi basically widened the scope of the story to astronomical proportions. And with the amount of story that can be taken from the twist in 79, coupled with the time it takes to release each chapter, it could very well take over 10 years to finish the story. in which case, I'm seriously considering dropping the series.

no series, no matter how good, should be able to run a story that's that broad with monthly releases. its simply too slow and without a doubt, people will lose interest.

the truth about the yoma is finally relieved. That they are actually made by the organization itself. It was kinda predictable, since there is no way yoma could pop out just like that.

Grown up Raki is so GAR. It's great to see him, well, sort of badass now, instead of the whiny younger Raki. I wonder how strong he actually is? Is he somehow part Yoma now as well? Also, I wonder who was travelling with him. She clearly has to be part Yoma, since she was able to detect the location of the other Yoma in the village.

All the revelations lately have been awesome.

Too bad chapters are released monthly though...

I still can't quite get over how big Raki's hand was at the end of 79. Obviously, it's just an error in the drawing, but it's still a really big paw.

I wonder if anyone will save Rene. Riful finally got herself a toy.

I hate how long it takes for a new chapter to come out too but it's always worth the wait.
Raki has really grown up hasn't he? Good for him!

I hate how long they take to update a chapter... that's why I wait a month or 2 and then go back to read it.
