Claymore's Ending

I was very disappointed with this ending ... I hated the fact that she doesn't kill Priscilla who is totally out of mind and i agree with the thousand of people who really hates Raki!This piece of **** should have died earlier or get lost !
Anyway, it was a good anime but there's a lot of questions left ...
Hope there will be a very good following season ;-)

I don't like the hanging type of ending. It leaves too much of an vague ending as to what will happen next. If the anime follows the manga, it will probably have a second season.

I like that kinda ending XD leaves more action lata on cuz prescalla still alive ...but she woulda won if she didnt lose her wings T_T ... obviosly clare goina have to get stronger XD
The ending really sucked. i mean it seriously sucked. how can they reduce Isley into a mere cheer leader for Priscilla. and it sucks even more when you compare the plot development of the anime to that of the manga. and Galatea's last few appearances included that of her just giving directions. that was stupid.
The ending was disappointing. The manga is 10x better than the anime. But without the anime I wouldn't have noticed the existence of Claymore. So I thank the anime for that.
Yes i must addmit to some users posted before me.
it doesn't really felt like an end. there are a lot of questions still open.
i think they made an end like this so that they could do a second season, well i really
hope so

I really hate the ending, they've changed the plot so much. Note to self, never read the manga if an anime is going to be released.
And Raki just had to be there... I wish Priscilla would just stab him or just kill him so he gets outta the screen. I wanted to see Galatea with them though ><;

The ending sucks , they should have at least ended with one of the monster dead ,either the guy or that girl ,but they were both alive ,to make the series longer ...the manga is still coming out ,which maybe means a new season
I think the Manga is better, as Manga always is. It seems like Claymore, just like every Anime starts off very close to the Manga, then somewhere along the road the director thinks they can tell the story better/different.
Ending = bad
It was a bad ending indeed... because i liked the first 23 episodes when they followed the story of the manga, but then they strayed away from the original plot. Even if they set it up for a second season, it will never be able to follow how the manga will be going.
Let's just say that the ending to the series did a 180 degree turn and its now going the complete opposite direction of where the manga is headed.
****SPOILERS BELOW****
Its not even about if Clare could of killed Priscilla, because in the manga, Clare has never even met Priscilla ever since the time she killed Teresa. Also the part with Raki seeing Priscilla eating the guts of that guy, that never happened in the manga either. Raki doesnt even know that Priscilla or Isley is a Awakened Being. The manga only showed up to the part where Raki wanted to train and get strong, with the help of Isley, because Isley thought it would be fun to be his mentor. After that part it went back to Clare's side of the story. Most of the Claymores got wiped out and even Clare got messed up along with Miria, Deneve, Helen, Uma, and Tabitha. These four were the only ones who actually survived that campaign. After that they went into hiding and they tell you how they survived if you read the manga, so i wont get into the details.
****END SPOILERS****
I'll leave it at this and let you guys read the manga to find out more. if you never touched the manga i recommend that you read that and forget the story to the anime. the story in that is just plain butchered up in the last couple of episodes. The reason why i compare the manga and anime is because i had a lot of hope in it. I was thinking they would be smart enough to end it after the fight with Rigardo, but they went on to throw all that other random stuff that i mentioned on the SPOILERS part of this post. This series would of had the chance of being set up for another great sequel once more chapters got released.

Not very happy with the ending, but I'd rather have that instead of another naruto. It's good that they decide to finish the show instead of following never-ending manga.

I find all this talk about a second season a little silly. The reason they used an alternate ending to the manga storyline was to tie up current events rather than drag it on to the point that it would stop being produced because it had reached too close to the current manga plot.

If there was only one season then the ending would have been really disappointing for me. But if it supposedly lead into a second season I would understand how they decided to end and it wouldn't have been so bad. Either way I didn't think it was a good ending because I honestly thought they could have done a lot better job than what they had did. Hopefully a second season does come out and the saga continues!

The ending is understandable because there isn't enough manga material for a second season.
