Claymore's Ending
I'm with you guys. This anime started off like such a powerhouse. It's been a while since i've seen it, but i definitely remember the ending to be lackluster and very disappointing. up until the last 5 or 6 episodes, this anime was something to wreckon with... then it just went downhill FAST. I had high hopes for it, like Berserk. but, in the end, it just didn't add up.
Hell yes, this is definitely a Berserk style ending.
Looking back it reminds me a lot of Berserk actually... worryingly so...

I loved the show, except for the ending, which was a great disappointment.
I liked how it started and most of it up until the last four or so episodes, i hated most everything about hose episodes. A couple of friends and me always make jokes about the ending and when we are watching a new series that we like we always say jokes like " maybe it will end like Claymore so we better stop watching it" and stuff like that that always gives us a good topic for laughter.

The show was total win, no doubt about that. I loved all the characters--but when I saw the ending I thought there should be a season two. It was such a heart-aching cliffhanger. XD

I like the first half of the anime. After they started preparing for the huge battle in that isolated town, it started going downhill. It was very... boring since Raki just whined and the whole boring battle was a set up for the inevitable
SPOILER (click to view). Hopefully, S2 will pick up on a good note rather than this half polished ending.
Damn those cliffhangers :( I really loved the series till... ep 20 ? Well, the last part was just too messed up and rushed. I whish for a second season/ova etc

I agree that this is a BERSERK style ending and I liked it to be really honest
I really hope there will be a second series too as I found the ending a bit flat.
However-there WAS one good thing about it!

I agree i want to see more claymore action in anime
the manga is still ongoing but why the anime has stopped? "thinks about its bloody battle in it"
the last episode was such a rush..who knew a claymore could be swing that fast and the hell with the transformation

I must admit that I really liked the battle scenes too.
I wanted to see Isley get what's coming to him! And the Organisation!

The story line became ood. i prefer read claymore manga
I think they ending to the anime was going pretty, until she didn't kill that pretty much killed it for me.

Well it's hard to end an anime series when the manga series is continuing... I have to say this ending was a typical anime series ending. I can't say I expected anything different, that's why you go buy the manga and read what actually happens =)

I dont care what anyone says, claymore was badass. who cares if the end was a "little" off from the manga. you're going to hate the anime because of that? (i'm not talking to anyone specific here, just the general audience who feel that way about it)
