Is anime taking out your sleep?
I watched 14 hours of Gundam seed destiny in 1 day, beat my record = =
14 hours is just typical for me (during my day-of that is)... well I can't remember the exact hours when I did my anime marathon when I have a long break during the holy week but its definitely more than 20 hours (I've watched about 3 or more complete series last year)
I thought i had and unbeatable record when i finished the whole Evangelion series in a day o.O
but after 40+ episodes/day of gundam seed destiny im still craving for more XD

Sigh. The only time for anime-watching I have is just before sleeping, so if the story gets too interesting I may just "forget" that I need to sleep until the end of the arc, or sometimes till I'm too exhausted to make out the subs.
But most of the time I act responsibly. :)

Well I saw some post here on the board saying that he or his friend made an anime marathon for 48 hours... don't know if its really true but I guess for really hardcore anime fanatics, this is a possible feat...
Well for me, yeah... watching anime really takes out my sleeping time... eventhough I'm tired when I get home from work, like when I get home from work, I usually stay up late like 2 to 4 am... but hey, I like watching eventhough I'm beginning to be a zombie somtimes... :D Although I've cut my watching hours and make it ever other day now (coz people at the office keep telling me like I'm an undead hehehe)
how about you guys?
Oh most definitely. Just this morning at around 4ish I was up for hours watching Azumanga Daioh.

Yes cause I am doing the layouts for our anime magazine and ive experienced lot of sleepless nights. That doesnt include the preparations for the anime event and the posters, tarps and buttons I was doing. Oh yeah before I forget the manga project and of course watching anime series and surfing the net to keep me inspired.
Somewhat yes. i'm not really concerned about the time since i work the night shift. but when i start watching anime, i can't help but complete the whole series. it does not tale away my sleep but it moves it. so i only watch anime during my days off...

Anime will be a contender in my causes of death by sleep deprevation, lol

I love anime, for me though I would have to say that it doesn't rob me of sleep, when I have a free day I don't mind spending a few hours watching anime, but I don't let that interfere. Here is an idea, head to bed early, sleep, wake up in the morning and watch anime before work? on second thought, watching it before work might not be a good idea!!

It did at first but it doesn't any more, I got used to it. But if something sad just happend in the anime then I have problems.
Yea ..its pretty funny actually
anime is either taking up my sleep, or my whole day that I have free.
But I have nothing wrong with that, thats what being an otaku is all about!
XD hehe
