I want to make a new wallpaper and i'm not really sure. Somehow i want to change the black stripe on the grounf and on the top, maybe someone can help me a little bit, cous i dunno what i can change to make it look better.
I have to overwork the scan, that is one point i know^^ i have to sharpen a little bit this scan, to make it better fitting to the backgroud, and i'm working on it right now.

Well for the stripe maybe try a kind of red swirl effect with black or blue highlights. basically just add some more detail too that stripe i think that would help.

It looks like you know what you're doing. I'm not sure what to say about the black stripe on the bg. it looks fine as it is. may be adding some patterns or designs might help?

It looks fine to me and i like it , the extraction is not so bad , the background is ok too.
but i feel that AP won't accept this wallpaper , but if you want to try it , just try it!

My opinion regarding this wallpaper is the following:

Remove the Arcueid Brunestud text, and place it in a more understandable format. Because people haven't watched Shingetsutan Tsukihime, they might confuse her name, or just think what you wrote there is pure babbling. Also, the black border on the bottom looks all slashed. Clean up both borders, remove the text, and you'll have 70% of the wallpaper done already. You've just gotta add some more elements to it, and you're done.
