Why did you like Code Geass

I absolutely love the art & the character design. All main characters (and side characters) are gorgeous. Also, the plot is interesting. As the end of each episodes is such a cliffhanger, I gotta watch them all in one day (for each season 
). Lelouch is super smart...he reminds me of Light from Deathnote but he seems way nicer 
. Suzaku is awesome too. I never think that I will come to like a gundam-like anime but I really do love CG. CC is such a mysterious girl. The only bad thing is that there's no romance thing going on between Lelouch and ------ (whoever you wanna be his g/f). Since when do japanese look japanese in anime or manga? ;)
and alot of the characters are european being many of the main characters are euro or half euro.
far as why i like the series is the characters, especially the core ones. the silly "filler" episodes really get you to care about lulu and suzaku and karen and shirley and milly and nunally. c2 is just fascinating throughout using lies on top of lies to mask herself. the emperor is just wicked cool.
the art style is top notch, the animation is solid to above average and the coloring is just great.

The reason why i love code geass is beacuse on day when very bored i was going to watch t.v to widen out in anime.lol thats when i fell in love with code geass because lelouch is so gorgeous!!
but what i found intresting was it seemed like he had alot of power over the people!He was also very sweet to his sister.To me code geass was also like a game too,a very seriouse game and i couldnt get my eyes off t.v.So thats why i love code geass its was very capturing.lol

I started watching it as it was recommended by a few friends. At first I thought that it was just another action type of anime. The drawings as they were done by CLAMP are amazing and I like those kind of character designs. When the story line sank in, I became a bit addicted to it and started loving it. The use of flashbacks is really good too. Especially love the twists in the storyline. The ending was amazing and on the whole, it's a great anime!
It just caught my attention. If I watch an anime and I can watch 3-6 episodes without feeling "ngg" unless i'm reaaaally tired, I like it. Code Geass is probably the fastes anime that i've ever finished. it only took me 3 days to finish both seasons! and my internet connection is bad! (it quits after 5 hours and comes back 2 hours later.)

Meh. Started off strong but went epic fail in the end.
Like a drop kick to the face.
As a lot of the members mentioned, it's because the characters were designed by Clamp. (although, I wish they just left out Nina, because she's kind of psychotic.) Clamp draws so many beautiful and detailed pictures.
This series is very much like Death Note. I gotta say, I like Lelouch way better than Light. Lelouch does kill many people as well, but at least he still didn't lose his goal of creating a peaceful world in the end. Also, I thought it was really sweet of him to care about his sister, Nunnally, even though how he wanted to grant her wish wasn't exactly how she wanted it to.
I was pretty sure that Lelouch will go completely insane like Light did at the end of the series. Well, he sort of did, but he was still able to hold onto some humanity.
Overall, I love the series because of the art and not only there is action, but a lot of twists and turns.

I like it mainly because it's kind of like Gundam, mechs and high tech stuff, with wars and such...and it's made by Sunrise lol.
I LOVE the artwork!! All figures are really really COOOL!! Mostly I like C.C. and her green hairs!!

A very simple reason why I like this anime is that the main character is living a double life. I liked it for that fact and some others which I can't bother with saying.
