Why did you like Code Geass

Im a huge gundam fan. i read the mangas didnt watch the anime. so i googled gundam found that it was produced by sunrise. googled sunrise and found the other animes that it did so i just went through and started watching all of them. im on idolmaster now. not as cool as code geass

I like it but i dont like it. One of my favorite characters dies and then it just its that good anymore.

The only reason I liked Code Geass was because of Lelouch, C.C, and Suzaku. I kind of disliked all the other characters - though Roro and Shirley were fine. Actually, the only reason why I started watching Code Geass was because I saw an image of Lelouch and C.C on another forum.
I cried when Lelouch died (if he really did die though it was confirmed). But might I add that the people who I didn't want to die like Roro and Shirley died. While the people who I wanted to die like Ougi, Viletta, Cornelia, and Tamaki didn't. I know I'm cruel but I just didn't like many of the side characters. If it wasn't for Lelouch and C.C, I probably would not have watched Code Geass.

What caught my intention and why I like Code Geass are as follow.
The series is done by Sunrise, we all know that Sunrise is well known in that many of the anime it produces becomes top selling titles and is an expert in mecha themed stories, one of the most prominent examples in the Mobile Suit Gundam Seed series.
The character design are done by CLAMP. Since I like the design and aesthetic value of their works, I am drawn to watch this anime.
So a collabiration between Sunrise and CLAMP would certainly be an amazing anime that should not be missed.

I kept hearing about Code Geass pretty much everywhere however stayed away from it since it had mecha elements. However when I saw a couple of episodes at my local anime convention and I was instantly hooked. I even liked the Knightmares much to my surprise.
I loved the character designs and personalities, fast-paced episodes, the plot and the mythology. Code Geass was just absolutely everything an anime could be rolled into one package. However a minor drawback for me was the amount of scantily-clad and naked women. Not want I particularly wanna see.

More or less..I saw Lelouch's face in a Japanese magazine. I kind of liked him so I started watching Code Geass. Lelouch is so cute so I got more addicted. xD
Code Geass has a great story and is very interesting.
But I didnt like the ending of R2 so much...

What really made this anime for me was the ending.
I mean, for the majority of it's length it was an overall very good production with an interesting story, well-executed action scenes and some appreciated psychological elements on top of it's main interests of politics and war. However, the ending was utterly fantastic in that it quite literally seemed to elevate the entire series to a whole new level, elevating my respect greatly for the main character and the cause he stood up for. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the character artwork for some reason.

Code Geass was exciting to watch.
Cool Characters, Interesting story and much cliff hangers at the end of each episode.

Well when I was introduced to code Geass, I was like LELOUCH LOOKS SO HOT. Anyway, I wanted to start watching it even more when I found out clamp did character designs for it.
So I watched started watching it, and wow. It was one of the best anime's I've ever watched. I love the fast moving plot, and the characters are really interesting. It's also the only mecha related anime/manga I like. I also loveee how Lelouch's character develops throughout the series. c:

I thought that it is a very good anime. Lelouch is unlike other protagonist in other anime. The storyline is good and there are some memorial characters. While this is not my favorite anime, I do enjoy it very much.

I liked it very much because Lelouch is nearly similar to Yagami Ligt and Lelouch did a lot of cool tricks. And C.C. is damn HOT.
It was exciting. That's what drew me to it the most. Almost every episode was exciting, one after the other. I haven't watched a show before that kept you on the edge of your seat as much as Code Geass did. Plus, I like shows where you have an anti-hero. Lelouch is a terrific character with a great name and his rivalry with Suzaku was fantastic.

One of the reasons why I love Code Geass is because... well... the boobs. As simple as that. I'm serious.

OK, OK. On a serious note, one of the reasons I watch CG is because the god damn story. It's good... although I hate the last few episodes. It's so idiotic, so naive... that I think the director and script writer are trying to tie all the loose end before the end of the season.
That's my 2 cents. :)
