Why did you like Code Geass
I Love how its a Gundam wannabe so bad. It's awesome. its rare (I think) to find a series with a lot of grit and plot to it. Something to watch for purely developments and the art just makes it easier to watch and enjoy.
I don't have an idea whht is about, still can not watch it :P but I like to watch CLAMP works, no matter if is a re-make of X or GSeed, but I'm sure that I will enjoy it

Its a mix on death note and gundam. Im glad that it doesnt focus too much about the mechas otherwise it'll b just like gundam which is lame. And the fact that lelouche sucks ass at piloting a knightmare makes it sooo much better so that way he'll have to keep coming up with sneaky ways to fight. This anime i kewl cuz of the mind tricks and tactics they come up with.

One of the best mecha anime that i've watched. Story was pretty good and always having a smart ass guy in the story makes it better. Thing is in the end of the frist season was kind off dissapointing for me since i expected more before they would end it. There is still second season thats suppose to come out no idea if it's gonna be beeter after that everyone knows about Zero's identity. Doesn't really seem that there much more story to it for me since the big plot was pretty much to discover who was Zero =\.

Because it is mecha anime and have some serious plot and something you could not believe that thing will happen in other word it is a great mecha anime not just becasue it has mecha:)

Hmmm...the first thing that really caught my attention about this show was the art. The minute i saw a wallpaper of LL here i was tempted to check it out. The first episode got me curious enough to download the rest of the episodes and then have me flailing my arms around in panic when i found out that i'd have to wait two months for the last two episodes XD
I also like the show because of the main story, best friends becoming enemies due to their different pov's. Its made all the more interesting since LL starts up a battle and neither of em knew till the end that they were supposed to be each others enemies. And episode 22 was just...mind blowing. I was sitting in my chair shell shocked at what happened.
Though i must disagree with you slightly over CC. I am quite curious about her history... where is from? why did she come here? what was she doin in japan? how did she come here? when did she come here? Whats up with her apparently talkin with Marianne?

I really liked the Lelouch character and i really enjoyed starting the five first episodes.
It was one of the best animes i've ever seen; i was a little bit disappointed by the end but rassured knowing that there will be a second season.
Suzaku is too stubborn :p
Good anime and even if i like Gundam Seed & Destiny, the two main characters here are better when you look at their determination and thoughts ;-)

This is one of the few mecha animes that i liked since the story is pretty good and it is a lot different to Gundam.
Well my rule is this.
If you start watching a series, and you can't force yourself up from the chair cause of the action, drama fun or anything else, it means it is a good one.
I was curious at first, hearing from other people about it so I saw the first episode.
Couldn't stop watching. I had to see all of them.
It is not the best anime series I ever saw, but it is really interesting.
Lulu is one of the best lead characters. My opinion.
I recommend it for people who haven't seen it.

I liked it because the way the storyline was portrayed kind of made it seem as though both sides were evil and good in little ways and that there wasn't a definitive good or bad side from what I understood.

This is one of the rare opportunities where I tend to question my own ideals and values. it is a given that when you watch a narrative series you tend to support the narrator of the story but as i watched this i kept supporting all of Lelouch/Zero's actions. So now I got myself asking, "do i still hold the correct values?" I love these kinds of anime. very thought provoking and challenging. This is the second time I encountered an anime like this. The first was Death Note with regards to Kira's character. In addition I like the concept of Britain versus Japan (11) and the existence of EU and Chinese Federation. what an interesting view of the future. don't you think?
