. That was one plot twisting episode; with Shirley's death and Orange-kun's switching side. 
Yes, I agree when Lelouch finds out Rollo is going to die but then Lelouch was only playing with Rollo until he get Nunnally back.

Omg wtf!!??
i just watched the episode and i totally did not see that happening...
although she wasn't really exactly my favorite character its really depressing watching her die like that and Lelouch crying just makes this all depressing.
well after watching this i guess i can probably safely say that with the way this anime is going everyone around Lelouch is probably going to die in the end with Lelouch being in solitude just like Gurren Lagann with Simon going from the greatest hero to a nobody just he began except with Lelouch he didn't really start as a nobody..
anyways..i feel like poop now

I wanted shirley to live longer to see what would happen when she met c.c., kallen, and the princess, now four girls being after lelouch.
This was a really sad episode.
I didn't expect Rolo to kill her but jealousy controlled his actions. I don't think I've seen Lelouch more emotional than in this episode.

GokieKS: Yes I thought of Kallen too, I mean isn't this a cruel way to have the love of lelouch out of the way. First he's first love Euphemia and now Shirley, both killed by the power of the kings

If Kallen does switch sides, it have to be a really good reason and I can't find a really good reason so far. but after 13 I am not ruling anything out for sure.
Ubadawan: I actually meant that in the OP, Guren appeared side by side with Lancelot, which raises a lot of questions on what happen become of Kallen's capture.

When Milly mentioned Nunally, I think that's what set Rollo off. I think he's jealous of Nunally because she is Lelouch's true sibling while Rollo doesn't even have any family. I think he wants Lelouch to think of him as his only sibling and forget about Nunally. So when he heard Milly say that, he just flipped and shot her.
It shocked me! I was starting to wonder that she might have had a bigger part now that she had recovered her memories.. And the fact that Lelouch always had a soft spot for her.. BUT MAN! THEY KILLED SHIRLEY!!
I really gotta stop thinking characters will start having a more active role! I thought that about Euphie too and next episode.. she was dead!

Um, sorry, I just can't feel sorry for anyone here. Shirley basically abandons all sympathy when she simply forgives Lelouch for her father's murder in less than a minute, and Lelouch deserved to lose someone important to him, what with him taking them from others left and right. The only dumb part is that I fully expect Suzaku to get blamed for this next episode, when the murderer will be standing right next to Lelouch the whole time.
