Remember that the emperor has the power to change and filter the memories of humans. So, it wouldn't be odd that if he did filter Lulu's memories on who his real sister is. As for Anya, she did had her memory wipe off. But we still don't know what her memories are.

When did rumors about Anya being Nunally come out? Though, I can see that happening on some extent given the fact that Anya has had shown responses to Geass activity. Actually, it's something I can think about now. The only problem with that theory is that Lelouch isn't under the effect of Charles' geass, he would know whose his sister right? Unless they were lying to Lelouch from the start.

Uhh... so Lelouch is looking at a fake Nunally, but Karen is looking at the real one while she was imprisoned.

Anyone who agrees to that has no basis for an argument... they are two completely different people (anya and nunally) with different skills, one is blind and paralysed, the other a freakin pilot, and thus that means you have come to the conclusion that Nunally is alive, and Anya is the one who has died from Freya!?!?!?

I agree with chinaman91 nunnally is dead and Anya is still alive and they are different kinds of persons.
